I can absolutely understand how confusing and frustrating an unexpected charge can be. I checked the email associated with your Figma Forum account, and you're right - it is currently on the Starter plan.
While we typically aren’t able to assist with Account Management or Billing here on the forum, I did some digging and it looks like the subscription is tied to a different email address. Does @kyndryl.com sound familiar?
I also noticed that you’ve already contacted support through ticket #1487426. I’ve gone ahead and escalated it for you, and someone from the team will take a closer look and follow up shortly.
I don’t work for Kyndryl, and haven’t since January 2024.
that email account has been invalid since Jan 2024.
