I am so incredibly frustrated. I have combed through every Figma forum, every youtube video. I cannot find the billing option. I simply need to access my receipts. I am very disappointed to see so many others dealing with the same issues.
Here is a screenshot to help understand that I cannot find the Admin button, or the Billing button, let alone find receipts. I need this to be attended to absolutely urgently. Theres not even a live chat or phone option for me. Figma, what’s going on?
I have attatched ss of the side bar and top bar. I don’t want to ss the whole screen for privacy reasons (another reason why I should be able to speak with an agent), but there are no other buttons or signifiers for Billing or Invoices anywhere on the page.
