I bought the collab seat for $3 on July 15th. I paid for it directly and got invoiced on 16th. On August 29th, I suddenly got charged with “recurring Professional team (monthly) subscription”. Mind you, I already cancel the subscription plans on early of august (around 1st - 10th of August). Now, I’m back to free account which :
 

  • I can’t remove my card access
  • Get support help
  • Find my billing history

 

Please help, $15 may not be a lot but it’s a huge number from my country… Why did I got charged twice? Can i get a payback?
I did not consent to pay $15… I consent to pay $3 like it was offered in the beginning.

For others: this issue can occur when a seat upgrade is approved directly in the file. Once approved, the charge unfortunately can’t be reverted.
