I am having the same issue above, and I submitted a support ticket. I have the link but the file is gone and will not load. It is not in my drafts or deleted tab.Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I bought the collab seat for $3 on July 15th. I paid for it directly and got invoiced on 16th. On August 29th, I suddenly got charged with “recurring Professional team (monthly) subscription”. Mind you, I already cancel the subscription plans on early of august (around 1st - 10th of August). Now, I’m back to free account which : I can’t remove my card access Get support help Find my billing history Please help, $15 may not be a lot but it’s a huge number from my country… Why did I got charged twice? Can i get a payback?I did not consent to pay $15… I consent to pay $3 like it was offered in the beginning.

Background: I’m creating a grid (basically a chart background). The grid is built up by a set of auto-layouted rows. For charts with both negative and positive values I want to add in a stronger horisontal center-line, absolute positioned with L+R, T+B constraints. Problem: I’m doing this but when i resize the grid it only seems to respect the L+R and T constraints, not the bottom.   

I’ve been getting charged 160/month for a free account. I need to speak with someone about this.

Body:Hi Figma team,In the past few days, the shortcut Shift + Command + V for pasting text without formatting has completely stopped working.Expected behavior (previous): While editing inside an existing text box, pressing Shift + Command + V pasted only the plain text content, inheriting the current text box’s font, size, and color. Current behavior (now): Pressing Shift + Command + V does nothing — no text is pasted, and there’s no response in the UI. Steps to reproduce: Copy some text from a another text layer. Double-click into an existing text box in Figma. Press Shift + Command + V. Result: No action occurs. No text is inserted. This shortcut used to be a very common part of my workflow, and losing it has significantly slowed down my text editing process. Could you confirm if this is a bug or if the shortcut has been changed?Thank you!

I've configured Cursor's MCP in Cursor with the following settings:{ "mcpServers": { "Figma MCP PRO": { "command": "npx", "args": [ "figma-mcp-pro@latest", "--figma-api-key", "my-api-key" ], "env": { "DEBUG": "true" } } }}Trial 1: I tried to have Cursor access the content of the Main Branch. The get_figma_data tool successfully retrieves the returned data  Trial 2: I tried to have Cursor access the content of the other Branch. It prompted me that it couldn't find this node. After multiple trials, I found that even when I provide the URL of another branch, it still tries to access the page on the main branch. Since the content of this branch has not yet been merged into the main branch, it reports the error mentioned above. I'd like to ask: Is this how the MCP is designed to function, or am I using it incorrectly? How can I solve this problem? I hope to enable the Figma MCP to access data from pages on non-main branches.thank

Whenever I export or copy an object with a stroke (outline) as a PNG, there are weird cracks, gaps, or “breaks” appearing in the stroke. The design looks perfectly fine in Figma’s editor and preview, but the exported PNG shows these unwanted artifacts along the stroke edges.Has anyone else experienced this problem? Why does this happen, and is there a way to fix or avoid it?  

i don't know what did i moved but know my layers and some settings appears different than how they were before by default.   

When sharing my figma slide screen on zoom, 2 cursors show up. 

I am so incredibly frustrated. I have combed through every Figma forum, every youtube video. I cannot find the billing option. I simply need to access my receipts. I am very disappointed to see so many others dealing with the same issues.Here is a screenshot to help understand that I cannot find the Admin button, or the Billing button, let alone find receipts. I need this to be attended to absolutely urgently. Theres not even a live chat or phone option for me. Figma, what’s going on? I have attatched ss of the side bar and top bar. I don’t want to ss the whole screen for privacy reasons (another reason why I should be able to speak with an agent), but there are no other buttons or signifiers for Billing or Invoices anywhere on the page. 

I am building multiple Figma Make components inside figma sites. The components height is set to hug, and in the preview or when the site is published it is behaving correctly, but inside figma the component height is acting very crazy, jumping from 1000 to 16,000 to 322,000 px height randomly although the original expected height should be around 500px.This problem makes the design inside Figma almost impossible as I can not see the next elements, they all jump out of frame.My workaround is setting the component height to fixed while designing and truning it to Hug only before publishing. Anyone facing a similar problem?

The connecting lines between the main topic and its sub-topics in the mind map are deformed.When a main topic has too many sub-topics, the connecting lines get exaggeratedly bent and deformed, overlapping the text.This didn't happen with the previous version of the mind map. 

I couldn’t find a bug report, so just in case I’m posting my own. If we create a component with ‘No’ / ‘Yes’ variants (which Figma transform automagically into boolean) and we bind variable to that it’s not working. Since it shows as a boolean we can only bind boolean variable, but when we do that the variable name is crossed out and it’s not working. I suspect it happens because Figma still treats that variant as a ‘string’. If I change variant names to something else (so it’s not transformed into boolean) and I use string variable it’s working just fine.

Our account admin (Louise Cassidy) has gone on maternity and so I need to take on the admin elements to both issue licences to new starters and also make sure that we have the right number of licences for the size of the organisation.Can you tell me how to go about this please?

Hi all,I've been using the Poppins font in my Figma Sites design, and everything worked perfectly for weeks. However, after logging in today, the font suddenly appears incorrect in preview or play/test mode, it looks like it’s being replaced by a different font or weight.This only happens in preview mode, not in the design view. Poppins is a Google Font, so I assume it should still be fully supported and available.Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know how to resolve it or whether this is a recent bug in Figma Sites?In the meantime, does someone know why the projects text also dissapears in the play/test mode? I had a similar problem with teeth not appearing, while all was fine in the design fase. Thanks in advance for your help! Attachments:

I keep receiving the error: “Something went wrong. Please refresh or try again later.”I have tried to remediate the issue by: trying again a day later duplicating the file and trying again clearing app cache trying desktop vs web reverting back to previous buildsNo luck on any of the above. Any suggestions? Have I hit a max amount of prompts? Frustrating as I’ve reached a point in my prototype that needs fixes and it is locked up.

I put in my payment information and pushed the button to complete the transation for a year subscription to a Collab seat, and instanty lost access to edit my own file durring a very important deadline. The app said I could use variables if I upgraded to any of  the three paid plans, and now i cannot edit at all and it says i need to further upgrade to a Full seat to restore functionality to edit i had on the free paln. It is treating me like i am the team trying to access, not the owner. And won’t allow me (the owner) to give the “team”  (me/myself) access. Can anyone help?

 All cards are hugged and in perfect integer value. The moment I add 3+ cards to the autolyout, it’s height gets in decimal (see H: 893.01). Irony is it’s happening with any card I duplicate and none of the card has any rotation.Need help to fix this (that .01 is bugging me)

I was working on a user flow in Figjam when suddently the file was empty with just the white frame remaining. When I go into version history, the content reappears. I’ve tried to restore multiple versions and the same thing happens. Content is normal in version history, blank when I leave.  What’s going on?

Hi everyone,I’ve been running into a bug on Figma Sites with the video carousel. When I add a video, everything looks perfect in the preview, but once I publish the site, the video shifts to the right side of the screen.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Embedding from YouTube instead of uploading directly (but embeds can’t be used inside a carousel). Replacing videos with GIFs (but the GIF size limit means the quality isn’t good enough for portfolio work). Multiple attempts at re-adding, resizing, and re-formatting the videos using autolayout So far, nothing has fixed the issue.Has anyone else run into this same problem with videos in carousels on Figma Sites? If so, did you find a workaround?Thanks in advance!
