Hi, i am a new student who is supposed to get the education plan with Figma through my university, but everytime i log in it says i have to verify (even though i already have set it up), and now it says i’ve exceeded the verification limit. What should i do? I have a very important exam and presentation that i need to use figma for. Everyone else in my group is able to use the education plan, and i feel behind.

it sounds like you’re running into the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message. The best way to resolve this is to contact SheerID directly, They now have an improved process for handling these cases and are best equipped to review your verification and guide you on next steps. Even if you’ve reached out before, their updated system should provide a faster resolution.
