I generated a figma make presentation and published it . Then I shared the published link to one of the persons within the organization. But the person cannot access it . Why ?

Published Content cannot be accessed
In Figma, open the file → click Share → under “Link Sharing,” set:
- Anyone with the link can view
- Anyone at your organization can view
Under “Who can access” , I am mentioning the organization name. What else need to be done ?
The issue persists even after the suggested changes. Do all user have to have the Figma License to access the link of the published page ?
