STILL GETTING VERIFICATION LIMIT EXCEEDED

Dear Figma Support Team,

I am a student at BHARTI VIDYAPEETH SCHOOL OF ONLINE EDUCATION PUNE, (expected graduation:  2027). I urgently need access to Figma's education plan for coursework, but I’ve been completely blocked by the SheerID verification process.

Here’s what has happened so far:

  • I used Figma's education plan for a year and when it was time to reverify I submitted the verification form, but when I submitted my documents, there was an error. I tried it two more times and it gave an error. When I made another try, it said "verification limit exceeded".

  • The issue was not resolved by SheerID and I am still getting the "verification limit exceeded" when I try to re-verify.

  • I got the mail from the sheer id support team to try it with my verified college id but i do no a email id provided by college also cc figma
  • ive also mailed the documents but theres no response from sheer id and it a week now for no reason my figma account is locked 
  • today ive mailed them again about the same issue i hope this gets solved asap

Hey ​@sahildalvii, thank you for reaching out and for sharing all the details! 

Could you let me know if SheerID has responded after you sent the additional documents? At this stage, we do need to wait for their reply to confirm whether they're able to complete your verification or advise on the next steps. Since Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or confirm eligibility, SheerID is the right team to help. Once they get back to you, I’ll be able to better understand how we can help move things forward.

I know this isn’t ideal, but I really appreciate your patience in the meantime!

no they haven’t responded yet i still waiting for their response to look in this matter asap...i’ll let you know once they respond,
