Hey!My Creator account is active, and I’ve connected my Stripe account. However, I encountered the issue shown in the screenshot while trying to publish my paid design file as a Creator. How can I resolve this?Thank you!  

How to quickly locate the latest edited page after opening the project? Every time you open the project folder, the first file is always displayed. I hope to display the latest edited file.

I used to work for a company that provided me with a Figma account, but that's no longer the case. I have a free account I have been using, but I’ve reached my maximum number of pages and need to upgrade to continue. Unfortunately, when I try to upgrade my ‘team’ to the professional account it somehow brings in both my current gmail based account and the deprecated old account through my previous company. I have no idea how it even knows about that account, it’s not linked anywhere in my team, and I’m not signing in with it. For obvious reasons I don’t want to pay twice as much for a shut down account attached to an email address I can’t access, but since  this user doesnt actually exist on my team I can’t remove them. This screen certainly doesn’t give any UI for that. I tried contacting support, but since I’m on a free version I can’t (which is an enraging interaction).  

Hello Figma community,I'm a type designer and I've encountered a workflow issue that affects font development in Figma. When I reinstall an updated font file (for example, after adjusting spacing, adding new glyphs, or making other modifications), Figma doesn't automatically display the updated version in existing text layers.Current behavior: The font updates only become visible after clicking on each text box individually.Expected behavior: Font updates should be reflected immediately across all text layers using that font family.This creates an inefficient workflow during the iterative design process, as I need to manually interact with every text element to see the changes. For projects with multiple text layers, this becomes quite time-consuming.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a workaround I'm missing, or could this be considered for a future update?Thanks for any insights or solutions you might have!

I have created a complex Picture (Frame) with several overlapping shadows, objects, text, background, water droplets, etc., but when I export it in all formats, it appears with black bars, and in the Preview, the file contains mixed pixels instead of my original image. However, when I open it in the online version, the preview displays the correct image, and there are no black bars when I export the file. Can you help me understand why this is happening?

Hi, I’m having trouble with my Figma design.After about 30 minutes of use, every time I double-click to enter a deeper auto-layout, Figma gets stuck in "freehand" mode. I can’t do anything—click, scroll, input text, or even move things in freehand mode itself. The cursor remains stuck in hand mode even after changing pages.Has anyone else experienced this? How can I solve it?

desktop.figma.com is down and I’m unable to download the desktop app, using the browser app is quite slow. Are there any other trusted sources for the installer? Please advice.

I recently deleted my old Figma account after transferring ownership of all my important files to my new account. However, the files are no longer showing up in the new account. How can I restore them?

I’ve discovered a few minor issues that would really help improve my workflow. At my company, we use version history to save older versions of projects and keep the file cleaner. This way, we can share the link to an older version if someone wants to review a project that was completed a while ago.However, I’ve noticed that these links often don’t work properly. When you click on them inside a Figma comment, they don’t load correctly. I ran a few tests and found that the link only works if I manually find the version again in the list and copy the link from there. Apparently, saving the link in a chat or document breaks it and it doesn’t load for others.Alongside this, I realized how painful it is not having a search feature in version history. Even after disabling the “Show auto-saved versions” option, it still shows versions I didn’t save manually, which makes it harder to find the ones that matter. 

I have sent several support requests to Figma on their forms but have received no response or acknowledgement of my questions. Team was deleted by mistake. Help to restore a deleted team. The recovery message did not arrive in the mail.

My overlay disappears when I set a Boolean to false on a different object. I have a “more” icon on a page. When that icon is clicked is opens an inline action menu by setting the action menu visible boolean to “true”. On the inline action menu, when clicked it opens an overlay. I have two “Click” actions on the inline actions menu. One to open the overlay and a second to reset the inline action menu visible boolean to “false”, to hide the action menu. That second action hides the menu and the overlay. That is a bug, that I now need to work around.   

Where is the button to delete my community/forum account and/or posts? And no, deleting my community profile from the design interface didn’t work.

I have probably read all the answers regarding slow file issues however this is not something I have seen before and none of those answers I read solved my issue.I was trying to create another color mode in the variables, I hit duplicate on the last one and it took Figma forever to create a duplicate of the mode. While I was waiting I hit the button again, and after about 10-15 minutes 2 modes were created, the last one however looked like it was uneditable.I tried to delete one and every time I did that Figma froze. I tried everything from restarting my computer to shutting and restarting, clearing browser and app cache, logging out of my account both on browser and desktop, force quitting and clearing the cache on terminal, deleting figma and reinstalling. Is I forgot anything else I probably tried that too.Nothing, Figma froze every time  tried to delete. Finally, I asked my colleague to go in and do it for me. Done in a second. And I don’t think this is a slow computer issue becaus

Hi,I have the dev mode access and I am trying to select the frame from the layer section but I am not able to have the selection persistent.As soon as I select the frame the selection of the mock and frame from the layers section sync and within the blink of an eye before even making any other interaction my selection goes away and I don’t get to use properties, links and assets options.I am using the followingVisual Studio code version: 1.101.2OS: Windows_NT x64Figma version: 0.4.1

I made uikit, published the library, and started using it in another file. Unfortunately, the component has magically changed, which greatly complicates the work 

Hi everyone,We’ve run into a strange issue with one of our Figma files: when we open the document, several layers randomly appear invisible. The only way to bring them back is to go through each layer, toggle its visibility, or click on it—yet some still refuse to re-render.Does anyone know what might be causing this? We wondered if it’s a rendering glitch, but the file isn’t particularly heavy. Any suggestions for a less tedious fix would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!   

Huion table Ispiroy H640P. Marker starts lines with dot in the begining of line. I can’t draw plus sign on board, as a result I’m getting this: 

 I have a personal Figma account (used only once on this device) and company account that I am  mainly using. However, every time I open Figma, it defaults back to my personal account — even after I remove it, it reappears.My work account, on the other hand, requires me to log in again every time I switch users — which can be up to 7–8 times a day.Setup: Mac Desktop App Chrome browser Has anyone experienced this or found a good way to make sure Figma reliably stays logged in to the correct account? Any suggestions would be really helpful!

Hello dear Figma team, I have been using Figma with my partner for many years. My previous partner stopped using Figma and we had to pay $40 and the payment was late.Then he left the team. I cancelled my plan and re-activated it but it still asks for $40. It is expensive for me. Please help me to continue by paying only $20.

Hey I just started to use the figma site and the engineer on my team want to be able to assess the dev mode on it.Eventho i already granted him the “editor” permissions.still he can not find the dev mode option on the site.Does anyone has the same issues?

I’ve created separate collections for alias colors and component colors. Within the Alias Colors I have both Light and Dark Modes.When I try to apply the dark mode alias colors to the dark mode component, I can only see the Light Mode colors from the dropdown.This is new behavior. Earlier this week, figma was recognizing that I was in a dark mode column for the component variables and applying the corresponding dark mode alias color. Has anyone encountered this?  Is this a bug?   

Ayuda, se eliminó de forma inesperada una archivo. Al entrar al link me sale lo siguiente: Es posible que este archivo se haya eliminado movido o no esté disponible. Es de mi propiedad pero nunca lo eliminé, tampoco esta en archivos eliminados. Es un archivo de la universidad, necesito recuperarlo, nadie del equipo lo borro.
