I had account A with email address <someone@example.com> and I have transfer ownership of the file to my other account <newsomeone@example.com> and after that I have verified I have access to that file and after that I have deleted the old account <someone@example.com>
Now I no longer have file access and try to go by URL I see below page

Just to confirm: Were you able to open the file from your new account (newsomeone@example.com) before deleting the original account (someone@example.com)?
If possible, could you DM me the file’s URL? I can check if the file is still owned with your new account.
