One-time charges and credits

Dear Figma support team,

in my last billing period I accidentally assigned a full seat to another email with viewing rights. Once I realized the mistake, I assigned it back to view-only immediately. But in the monthly invoice a 11.33$ one-time charges and credits appeared. I assume it’s for the accidentally assigned full seat. But since that wasn’t used at all, I would like to kindly request a possibility for refund. 

I understand your policy, but I would appreciate you reviewing this case for refund.

I understand that you accidentally assigned a Full seat and are requesting a refund for the one-time charge.

 

As you may already know, payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable. Seat changes take effect immediately and impact billing. - Refund policy

It sounds like you already switched the user back to a view-only role, but they’ll continue to have access to the upgraded seat for the remainder of your subscription period.

 

Unfortunately, for security and privacy reasons, we can’t handle specific billing issues here on the forum.
