Hello Support Team,I am requesting urgent assistance in restoring access to a commercial project created under my Figma account. The account was registered using an email address that has since been permanently deleted and is no longer recoverable. As a result, I cannot access the account or reset the password. The project stored in this account is a paid commercial project developed for a client. I am the sole author and intellectual property owner of the design materials. Loss of access directly impacts contractual obligations and financial commitments. At this time, I can provide: Screenshots of the project interface confirming authorship My full name used in the account Approximate period of project creation Any additional identification documents required to verify ownership Please advise on the verification procedure required to either: Restore access to the original account, or Transfer the project to a new account under my control. Given the commercial nature of the projec

When trying to update icons or make changes to specific sections in Figma, selecting an element and sending a prompt to Figma Make AI does not pass the selected element into the prompt. As a result, Figma Make AI does not understand what needs to be changed and the update does not occur.

Hello,I am writing this because I have submitted the google document I found on another post with the request to move my figma education plan to my school account (since it was accidentally added to my personal account). Please urgently complete the transfer for me, I need figma edu on my school account so that I can participate in Figma Edu’s hackathon since it is a requirement.

Hello, I have already emailed education@figma.com and filed a support ticket without any help. I would like to know why I am unable to access education plan despite confirming with SheerID that my educator status has already been verified. Thanks.

Hello!I need help saving a Figma team that I lost access to but was the sole owner of. It has not yet been deleted.I created my original Figma account using my undergraduate school email. The school has since deleted that email and updated it to the alumni version. Mail does not forward between the deleted email and the current. Because the previous version no longer exists and I was signed in with Google, I cannot reset my password or re-enter that account. The account was on an education plan that had long since expired, but I intended to renew it as a personal plan eventually. I don’t know why or how I was signed out, but now I cannot get into the account. I can still see some of the links to projects that I had in open tabs, but if I try to go “Back to Files” from that page it goes to the new, empty alumni account.Because I can still access the projects I once had open and because on another account it is prompting me to move files from my old team, I have reason to believe the file

I graduated from my school and I lost access from the school Figma account. I cannot sign in at all, and all the tabs is still there but it’s showing error page. I have zero access to the school’s email address. Could you please help me recover the files of my work into my personal account? This account here is my personal email, if its possible to transfer any files into here that would be great.Thank you

Hi,I generated a landing page using Figma Make and I am currently working on version 59 of the file. However, when I try to access the generated code, the system displays the code from a previous version instead of the latest version (v59).Steps I’ve taken: Confirmed that I am on version 59 Opened the "</>" (Code) tab Performed a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) Cleared cache and reloaded Despite this, the code does not update and continues to show an older version.

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to access an existing Figma account that was created using Google Sign-In only. After migrating to Google Workspace and adding a custom domain, Google now resolves my original Gmail identity to my Workspace email. Because of this, Google Sign-In always logs me into a different account, and I can’t access the original account that contains my files. I believe this requires a manual account recovery or reassociation of the Google identity. I can verify ownership of both email addresses and the Workspace domain if needed. Thanks for your help.

I’m a student and my school is an approved bootcamp facilitator. Figma doesnt verify my student status though, after my school explicitly added my email through the verification proces in figma. They’ve asked for support there too with no response. There is nothing else they can do, since they did sent a request to figma. The administator urged me to post this question again here. Please help. It’s been a long time I cannot used the student plan.

Basicamente é esse o bug, não consigo apresentar de forma alguma

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to use an existing Figma account that was upgraded through a student plan a couple of weeks ago. After migrating my email domain through Google Workspace, i have now logged in with a different email than was was used to verify student status. As a result, Figma has blocked my account, and it is in view-only mode.I have tried to fill out the application to student plan, but with no luck. I believe this requires a manual reassociation of the email. I can re-verify student status again if needed. Thanks for your help.

I’ve been using a Wacom tablet with Figma for a couple of years now. I use it as my default mouse that also helps me quickly sketch ideas with the Pencil tool. Since the release of the variable width stroke function I have been having some issues with the Pencil tool.I’m going to do my best to explain these issues below. If these should be split into different issues, please let me know if you want me to split these up. English is not my first language so I apologize for any errors.Summary of 3 issuesIssue 1: Selecting a different width profile while using the Pencil tool does not allow me to draw with it. It shows as if it is selected but does not change my actual width profile.Issue 2: Seemingly randomly Figma starts reflecting pen pressure and kind of creates its own width profile while drawing lines.Issue 3: Switching the width profile makes already drawn lines dissapear. Steps to reproduceIssue 1Open Pencil tool (Shift + P). Under Stroke settings I select any option from the Width

The slides themselves can get locked, but it’s not displayed in the left layers panel and no lock icon

Hello, i am trying to activate my student plan but it shows me the message :“Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.” Please help!student account: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]studen info: Natalia LiUQAM University Quebec Canada, Graphic Design

I was working on the project and was almost complete. Then it started removing sections of my project that I’ve never asked it to do. I tell it to restore to the previous version. Then it tells me that it doesn’t have any previous files to restore to. It then asked me if I want to rebuild it. WTF? This Figma Make should have never been released. I feel like it should still be in beta testing.

I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago for downgrading my plan before the renewal on 27/02/2026 and I’m not able to speak with anyone for help.  And seems like I can only do it with the help of an assistant. Could you please reply to my tickets asap? Otherwise I will need to cancel definitively all my plan.

买了专业版20美金一个月，为什么第二个月扣除了50美金

I am not able to make payments, despite trying with multiple cards. Please fix this, this is hampering my company operations.

you don’t tell me about this payment *One-time charges and credits* when i was purchasing the subsciptions, and in my 2nd month you have to add this hidden charger? what does its mean? why you are adding any charges in 2nd payment that you never explain at the time of subscriptions?

I recently purchased Figma. $200 level and ended up it is not the service that I need. It was one of the other site hosing subscriptions…I then deleted my account. Cannot request refund the way the online forms say. Can you help me out?

I created my account with my university email when I was a student. I’ve since graduated and no longer have access to my school email. I still have my password but it’s asking for email verification which I cannot access. I would like to transfer the files I had in the account to my new one.

Hi, I am building a UI where I frequently resize frames with rounded corners and I have encountered an animation glitch.Steps to reproduce:Create any frame or rectangle with rounded corners Animate it only to change it’s dimensions, leaving the corner radius the same in both statesSee the GIF below for result. This happens regardless tothe element stroke or fill type the smart animation type or speed (you might miss it in fast animations of small transformations but it’s there)

Issue: I need to recover multiple screens that were deleted from a project approximately 3–4 months ago Nov 2025. Context: A former employee with editor access made these deletions. I am currently on a Starter plan, so my version history only goes back 30 days, which prevents me from seeing the state of the file before these changes.Specific Questions for the Specialist:If I upgrade to a Professional plan right now, will Figma immediately unlock the unlimited version history for this specific file so I can retrieve the November versions? Can you confirm if the data from 4 months ago is still stored on your servers for Starter plan files, even though it is hidden from my current view? If I upgrade, will the version history show the name of the user who deleted the screens back in November?File Link: Project name: SAFETYAPP
