all projects were deleted without my knowledge

Hello! I have a ton of my work in it and the file is very important to my work. I hope you could help me retrieve it.

    Hey ​@nefedova.anastasiya18, thanks for reaching out! 

    If the project was deleted, there’s a chance it can still be restored from the Trash.

    To restore a project, a few conditions need to be met:

    • You have edit access to the project

    • You have edit access to the project’s team

    • The original team the project belonged to still exists

    If those apply, you can try the following:

    1. Go to your file browser and click Trash in the sidebar

    2. Open the Projects tab

    3. Find the project, right-click it, and select Restore

     

    This should bring back the project along with all its files for anyone who previously had access. Please note: Files that were moved to trash before the folder got moved to the trash will remain in the Files tab of the Trash section.
