Refund Request – Accidental Organization Full Seat Addition

Hi Figma Support,

I accidentally added an extra Organization full seat to our plan. This was not intentional, and the seat has not been used.

Could you please remove the additional seat and process a refund for the charge?

Here are the details:
- Account/Organization name: CLASS101 (Org Plan)
- Account email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]
- Date of accidental addition: 2026. 3. 18

    I understand you accidentally added a Full seat on your Organization plan and are requesting a refund.
