My entire team isn’t receiving any verification mails and we haven’t heard anything from support. We can’t use Figma

Hi ​@emem - sorry for the trouble your team is experiencing.

I tried to do some digging on my end, but was not able to find a Figma account registered to the email address your forum profile is associated with. I also was not able to locate any support tickets with this email as well.

Since you mentioned your team isn’t receiving any verifications, I’m assuming you all may be using a specific domain (ex: example@exampleemail.com, example1@exampleemail.com etc).

If that is not the case, can you please PM me any ticket confirmation numbers or other email addresses you may be using, so I can help further? Thanks!
