When I click rename layers, the whole project will freeze for a minute. I didn't have this problem before, but I've been struggling with it for a while now.

I need someone from the Billing Department to get back to me ASAP for us to discuss changes to my account. I was trying to switch my seats from monthly to an annual subscription. When I look at my account I see that I may be getting billed for both monthly and an annual subscription. I cannot find a way to contact Figma Billing directly. Plus I also submitted a ticket, (help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963398). It’s been more that 24 hours. Could someone please respond.Thank you.

Hi Figma team,I'm dealing with a billing issue that I'd like to raise here for support, and to give a heads-up to others using Pro plan + AI credits.Issue 1: On my most recent invoice, I was charged an extra $36.77 labeled only as "Billing adjustment" — with no breakdown or explanation of what this charge is for or where it came from.Issue 2: I had already cancelled my AI credits subscription before the next billing cycle. Despite that, the system shows I'll still be charged $60 for AI credits on the upcoming invoice, as if the cancellation never took effect.I've used and genuinely liked Figma for years, but billing this opaque makes it feel like a scam — getting charged for a service I cancelled, plus a hidden fee nobody explains.If anyone from the Figma team or anyone who's run into this before can help clarify:What exactly is a "Billing adjustment" charge?  Why am I still being billed for AI credits after cancelling? In previous versions, when I opened an image through the "Fill" block, I could just paste the image from the clipboard. Now, when you try to insert an image, nothing happens. Now, to insert images, you must click "Upload from Computer", close the system dialog box with the image selection, and only then press CMD+V.

I use Typeface as my font manager on Mac.  My brand fonts are open in there but when i try to use them in Figma Desktop I get two weights for Poppins.  (And yet in old Adobe XD I have the full range of all weights to choose from.)Why is this happening?

At first, I thought, I need to update the desktop app that I have on my windows, but when I checked, it was up to date. The plugin appears to connect correctly, but the import process consistently fails after approximately 20 seconds.What HappensThe Figma to Wix Studio plugin opens normally. The plugin confirms I am logged in. I click Next. I paste a valid Figma file URL into Wix Studio. Wix accepts the URL and begins processing it. If the URL were invalid, I would expect an immediate rejection. Instead, Wix appears to begin processing the file and then fails during the import process .

Hi Figma TeamWe are experiencing a bug where auto layout frames show incorrect dimensions on load. Any change to the frame triggers a recalculation and displays the correct result, which points to an initial calculation bug.DescriptionWhen a page loads, some auto layout frames display incorrect dimensions despite being configured correctly. The issue appears randomly and we have not been able to identify a specific trigger. As soon as any change is made to the frame, the dimensions update to the correct values. Interestingly, copy-pasting an affected frame also produces a correctly calculated result in the pasted copy.All of the following trigger a recalculation and temporarily resolve the issue:- Changing the auto layout direction and switching it back- Using "Regenerate all instances"- Manually dragging the frame larger, then pressing Ctrl+Z to undo- Copy-pasting the affected frameEnvironment- Affects both Figma web app and desktop app- Affects multiple users on our team (not user-sp

I'm a participant in the Makeathon hackathon where Figma offered 10,000 credits for Pro account users. However, my account was only given 3,000 credits per month, and I'm already down to ~736 credits left with the reset not until July 1.This is really affecting my ability to continue working on my hackathon project. A few questions:1. Did anyone else face this same issue with credits not matching what was promised?2. Is there a way to request additional credits specifically for hackathon participants?

I’m using a popover component with a slot. One of the items inside the slot is a fixed-height auto-layout container with a list of items. I want this list to overflow:scroll vertical, however, the prototype scroll options are disabled. I tried nesting this in a new frame and the scroll options are disabled for this new frame as well.I’m trying to avoid breaking the original component and utilize the slot. Is scrolling only preserved for the slot itself or can you embed scrollable items within a slot?Here’s a video showing more detail:

I really need help for my UIUX portfolio, I really need it URGENT!!The Figma Sites designs from Preview look completely right, but when I goto the published url, the design layout is completely messed up.
