Figma Education account blocked Request for assistance

Hello,

I am contacting you because my Figma account has been blocked, and I do not understand why.

I am currently a third-year UX/UI Design student at L’École de design Nantes Atlantique in France, and I use Figma for my studies.

Could you please explain why my account has been blocked and let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this issue as soon as possible?

If any additional documents or information are required to verify my student status, I would be happy to provide them.
