Request for a subscription that was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel

Hi, I’d like to know how long it usually takes to receive a response regarding my refund request for a subscription that was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel it in time. I submitted a refund request to the support team just 30 minutes after the charge was made, but it has already been two days and I haven’t received any response or update regarding my request.
