I need to share a number of Make prototypes externally but although I have enabled external link sharing, and it works on Design and Figjam files, there is no option to share a Make prototype externally. This is blocking me from sharing the prototype for user testing. Please advise if this is a defect or is there a setting I’m missing. 

What is the timeline for adding a parent/child page structure to URLs within Figma Sites?For example:website.com/city/thursday-nights/concert-series/band-name/Right now, the product supports one slug deep. Obviously “flat silo” URLs can work, but we need to be able to nest URLs as child pages. What is the roadmap and timeline for rolling out dedicated URL structure?

Option + shift + arrow is not working on Mac for figma slides. I’ve closed and restarted the app multiple times. I’ve also closed the Figma slides file I’m working on as well. I’ve tested it with another keyboard too. Is anyone else facing this issue?

I've export some frames that inside very frame has images. When I export frames in JPG some image doesn't export only the stroke arround image. even though in workspace the image appreance complete with the stroke. Can you help me?

Hi, I’m working in Figma Slidesand I created complex prototyping inside the presentation.For some people, in View mode, one of the pages gets completely distorted on certain computers.I tried re-importing the component and duplicating it, but nothing helps. For some people it works, and for others it doesn’t. What could be the reason?

TLDR under text: In the most basic: I am creating something on Figma Make, I downloaded each file and folder to create a backup of my work as I was entering a implementation stage. I had to do this manually as I could not see nay method to 1 click make a backup or multi select files folder and download. now what I was worried about happened, I need to over write the code tree with backed up files and folders and nowhere can I see import, i cant even drag and drop the files in as it says not recognized format. so I have been opening each file deleting old code and pasting back in from my backup variant. slow as heck, the other thing I could not find is a ftp access way to do this and when i search all I get back is PDF info.so does anyone know how I can save myself all the time from copy past and just upload and over right file for file or how to use a ftp on figma (i know how to ftp but need connection details to my project)or how to make a backup so I am not stuck

Hello,I'm experiencing a rendering issue with screenshots in Figma that appeared recently without any changes to my settings.Problem: When I place screenshots in my Figma file, they display with unwanted colored boxes overlaid on them in the editor view. Figma is stuck fixing an error. It shows "error", then fixes it, when testing it says error again for the same thing over and over. How do I get pass that?

Boost resolution used to be my favorite tool because clients send horrible images and it was very useful! Now it basically it does not work.. It looks like it messes the quality rather then making it better 

Hi,i want to test my prototype and the users have to start in XL view and then switch to s view. So they start on their laptop and switch to an app after a while. After accomplishing the task in s view i want the “browser view” to change to an success page also. I tried using a variable but it´s not working. Can someone help?

First off, I notice that when I edit a certain components,  UNDO does nothing to it. A Few hours later, the component simply vanishes. It just dissapears. What the f$#@ figma? Hello, this is my first time using Figma and i’ve been trying to redeem my student benefit. I am in no way trying to exploit the system but it just wouldn’t work and the email that i got from Sheer ID is rather not usefull, i feel angry because the link that they send via email as the last step for verification just wouldnt work on my end. Now will emailing sheer id even work anymore?

Hi - i have a beautiful report I put together using Figma Make. Is there a way to get it to be exportable to PDF or at least print? If so, how?

I upgraded to professional license many months back and I continue to not see any of the AI options. I tried looking for ways to enable this in admin, but the setting area does not have any option to enable it. What is going wrong here? Can somebody help ASAP? No options to enable AI.

How do I get to see colors defined in extended collections in the ‘Fill’ section?For example- I wanted to add a color from ‘RF Colors’, but the only ones I can see are from the ‘1 Semantic Colors’ section. 

Hi! Has the canvas panning keyboard shortcuts changed recently? I use Ctrl+Space+scroll wheel to pan and zoom the canvas but now that keyboard shortcut puts me into a Keyboard picking mode. Is this new? It really gets in the way of working.
