Hi, if we click the unlink button the Figma Desgin disappears, but if we refresh the page, the Figma Desgin is still linked to the Issue.

Hey everyone ,I’ve been experimenting with Figma for my website design workflow and trying out AI-based integrations/plugins to speed things up. Recently, I’ve been running into errors where the plugin either doesn’t load properly or breaks the design sync with my project.  Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, how did you fix it? Would love to know if it’s a plugin-side bug, a settings problem, or something on my end. Any insights, tips, or workarounds would be super helpful. 

I have this strange bug that just showed up as I was working on a design where all the elements in my frame disappeared. I thought i had deleted them, only to realize that they are all still there but not visible for some reason. I can still see the individual items on the layers panel, but they are totally invisible in frame. The one item that is visible is not within the frame itself. What could be the issue? How can I solve it?

I work at a company and someone on my team deleted my files. I tried checking the trash but couldn't find it, and no one on my team made a backup. I contacted support and created multiple tickets in every way possible just to get my files back. All my tickets are tagged "resolved" but no resolution or contact has been made. Hey Folks,  i have a responsive Design Problem according a Component in my Design. Its the Teamslider at the very end of this onepager. We are facing several recurring issues in Figma that are seriously affecting our workflow: Auto layout resets — Layouts revert unexpectedly without any interaction. Library updates fail — Updates are either not pushed for a long time, or updating takes ages / doesn’t work at all. Text resets — Text styles and content reset without being touched. These problems create major complications for our design team and cause confusion during developer handoff. 👉 We would greatly appreciate guidance or solutions to fix these issues.

I have already tried quick fixes such as Reset Zoom Level, Restart Figma, and Close Unused Tabs.

I just started using Figma Make yesterday to create a user journey map. It’s awesome how it pads it out with realistic data. I shared the link with a few people yesterday. Some could see the preview, some could not. Today, whilst working on the file, I went to code view, then back to preview, and all I see is a blank page. I’ve refreshed the preview, reloaded the tab, duplicated the file, restarted Figma, restarted my laptop, and cleared my cache. Nothing works. I’ve even started again in a new file, with a new prompt, and still no preview. What else can I try?

Hi everyone,I’ve started working with Figma Slides, and I noticed the default slide size is always in a 16:9 ratio. For my current project, I need the slides to be in A4 format (portrait or landscape) because the presentation will be displayed in A4 size, not in widescreen.Is there a way to change the slide size in Figma Slides to match A4 dimensions directly? Or do I have to design in a regular Figma Design file with A4 frames and then present from there?I’d appreciate any tips or workarounds to keep the workflow inside Figma Slides while using the A4 format.Thanks in advance!

Even though the max value is not set in the H container size of the text in the auto layout state, it is not hug more than a specific size. I can hug up to 3 lines, but I can't hug from 4 lines.The top layers are all hug too so why is this?

Within the past month Ctrl-C stopped working for FigJam. Ctrl-V works fine, and right clicking to copy also works fine. Is there something I need to toggle?

dear, I have been trying to contact support without success in the last weeks.  I am not able to reverify my Education institution. The reason of it is because, in order to reverify, I am redirected to a google form. Nevertheless, our Figma account is not connected with Google and then I am not able to fill the form. What should I do on this situation? We cannot lost the access to Figma now.

Hi!I’ve run into Connection Error 118 when I was trying to rum Figma Desktop App. I still can work from Firefox. But Chrome also doesn’t respond. I’ve tried cleaning cache and rebooting router but none of these worked. Can you give some advice how to fix this? 

Hi everyone,I'm developing an app feature that requires importing a Figma file and its nodes to create a hierarchy navigation tree. The goal is to register user clicks and analyze data from the Figma prototype.My process involves traversing all possible nodes to identify those with navigation actions.I'm running into a significant issue with large Figma files containing hundreds of thousands of nodes. When I try to process these files, I frequently hit the API rate limit and receive a 429 "Too Many Requests" error.I've already tried a few things: I switched from fetching the entire file at once to fetching nodes individually. This helped with smaller files, but the 429 error still occurs with complex designs. I've checked the Figma API documentation and am aware of the rate limits, but the volume of my requests doesn't seem to exceed the typical per-minute limit. This suggests the issue might be related to the sheer size or complexity of the file itself, rather than just the number o

I’ll be leaving my organization soon. Before I leave, I want to make sure that everyone in my Figma org can continue working off of files that I own. I’m not an admin either. I also want to make sure that current viewers of my files who do not hold Figma seats can also retain access to my files. How do I do this? Would it be as simple as moving all my files into a new Project shared by the rest of the team? Thank you.

Hello,This is a bug I stumbled on today and which has apparently been reported multiple times and AFAIK not resolved.I think I found the issue  and solution:Steps oo reproduce the bug :adds an image to figma crop it using the crop mode of the image export the result as a 1x PNG, no changes to export settings load the result in figma and compare it to how it looked in figma before the exportResult: it looks like it went through x0.5 downscale (blurry) then re-upscaled x2 with some sharpening. So it has the same resolution but it looks aweful.Expected result: should look the same as it did before export.Extra tests I did if someone @figma is interested:I checked that the cropping was indeed on the grid. Also tried to force the cropping to be between pixels and that did not change anything. manually resetting the cropping to the exact border of the original image made it export fine again.Solution for other users until the crop feature get fixed if ever:adds your image to your figma Frame

 Olá pessoal!Ao tentar medir qualquer distância com a telca “alt”, estou tendo dificuldade para enchergar (Pois tenho dificuldades na visão e uso óculos), até com óculos eu tenho que forçar um pouco a visão.Gostaria de sugerir essa melhoria pra comunidade.OBS: Sei que a imagem está embaçada (mas é pq tive que pedir um amigo para compartilhar a tela pois segurando o ALT eu não conseguia tirar esse print), mesmo no figma com as letras nítidas eu tenho que forçar a visão por ser muito pequena e laranja.
