 I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…I really need my figma education account for my uni finals :(((

I submitted a Figma plugin four days ago, but it’s still under review — normally it gets approved within one business day. Is anyone else seeing delays lately? I noticed there haven’t been any new plugins published in the past week. Thanks!

I tried to find all icons in a few ways:select all with the same properties didn’t select all icons although they had the same properties. I don’t have the option of the library analytics. I found all icons with ctrl f and writing the name of the icon so it found all icons but it still didn’t show their properties. some of them don’t have the same height and width please help me Thanks!

I think it’s essential to enhance Figma Webpages because that’s the direction we should always be working toward. But Webpages feels like a downgraded version of Figma, with too many limitations—from plugins to AI integration methods. I don’t want a weakened Figma; I want a more powerful one. Webpages shouldn’t be a lesser option but the standard condition. What’s needed are mockups as close to reality as possible to showcase the functionalities. Why do we have to keep coming up with operational workarounds?

HiI have tried to verify my student account, and did it before the deadline - I even got an email that confirmed my re-verification but my student plan still expired. When I try to verify it again it says that I have exceeded the limit of times I can verify.Is there a way to get the student-plan back? I have tried several times and different ways but nothing works.  

Dear Figma Team,I am currently on a Professional Plan where i pay $20 per month. Now for this month of November 2025, why am i seeing that i owe $56.77? What is it for? What has changed? I need help with an issue related to seats and billing. I accidentally added an extra seat to our Figma organization. The seat was never assigned or used, and I tried to remove it right away, but there is no option to delete or cancel it.Now I see a one-time charge of $129.40 scheduled for December 21, 2025, even though the seat is completely unused. This is a company account, and the payment method is our corporate card, so I really need to prevent this charge from going through.This was an unintended click and we do not require an additional seat.Thanks in advance for your help.

New version of Figma can not edit the measurement anymore. We can double click to edit it before. Now we can only use it as default measure number.Is it a bug? If not, then why remove this feature?

I can’t access the email support form that should be available for professional accounts:  Since you're on a Professional plan, you have access to email support for billing issues. You can contact the Figma Support team through our Support contact page Has this recently been removed? The issue: I have an annual plan and have been using Figma plugins without issue until today. Now when I select a plugin a popup appears about full seat access. ‘Continue’ is a vague CTA and I thought this would give a confirmation or more info but no, the account has been instantly upgraded.How can I resolve this as it is a genuine mistake and I have downgraded the user already.I now have a monthly invoice for December 18, 2025 of £76.31 but wish to remain on my existing annual plan. It also appears that I have lost my previous paid for collab status - as that now shows as additional £5 month.  Here is the errornous popup:

I can no longer use Figma on desktop because the version for OS 11.7 is apparently no longer available. I was forced to update to a new version of Figma desktop. I did not subscribe to Figma to use it only while I’m online with a broadband connection. You took the app I’m paying for away from me. That sucks. Is it even legal?

Here is my problem: I am a graphic design student, and following my professor’s instructions, I applied for the Figma Education Plan.My professor asked us to link the plan to our university email address, but by mistake, I initially associated it with my personal email. After realizing the error, I deleted both accounts and started the process again using only my university email address. However, when I try to reapply for the Education Plan, I receive the following message: “We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”To resolve this, I contacted SheerID directly. I have integrated SSO with azure entra ID and created 4 groups on azure side , and now i need help with these things:-1.When i add a user in a group, there are 2 users coming in same name,  one is coming as SCIM pending and one is coming as active user with his employee-id.2. I need to migrated 300 users , if i migrate 1 user for testing , will it be counted as a new user or the same seat will be replaces with sso, does the work done by that user be deleted or how will it work.3. I’m running into an issue with my EDU account on Figma Make. My dashboard originally said that my credits would reset on November 30, but when that date arrived, the reset date changed to December 1. I assumed it was just a small delay, but it now looks like the reset date is being pushed back by one day each time I check.

Is there a way to export an AI generated page into a regular figma design file and then edit from that?

Hi, I've been a user of Figma's education plan for a few years now and was prompted to reverify my account a few months ago. I followed the instructions that were sent to me via email to reverify my account and it seemed to work, yet my student account still reverted back to a basic plan. I've been trying to reverify my account again, but I keep getting an error that says "student verification limit exceeded."I contacted SheerID already and they confirmed that I was approved for the education plan on their end. I contacted Figma education (education@figma.com) about this issue weeks ago and still have not gotten a response after multiple follow ups. Is there anyone that could help get me my education plan back?

Hi there- I went to login to my paid Figma account and couldn’t remember my password since refreshing my cache, so I decided to login with my Gmail to save time. When I did, it briefly flashed me my existing account with my previous work, before then prompting me to create a new account entirely. I now seem to be locked out of my paid account using the same email. It’s like Figma created an entirely new account for me, using the same email, but now it’s the Starter Plan (free) and has none of my previous work. Help!
