i want to known how can i use my own api in my figma make project so i can get the real time data

I’m not sure if this is related, but I just upgraded to OSX Tahoe and now I can’t add additional accounts to the Figma desktop app. When I try to add an account through the web browser, the app either crashes, or it keeps saying “It expired, try on desktop app,” and then crashes. How can I fix this?I just logged out the main account and seemed like I can’t log back in to the app at all. The browser just crashes over and over. 

May I know how can we share the dev mode to the external developers? We would invite them as a guest for the file, but can the external developer paid for the full seat account?

We have a modal wizard component with a header and footer and content section with a slot for scrolling content. The header and footer are nested components and absolutely positioned: Yet, when the nested footer component property for number of buttons is changed to a different value (e.g., 4 buttons) than what the default is in the parent component (3 buttons), the fixed positioning of the header and footer are removed. This breaks the scrolling Is this a bug or could there be a problem in the construction? The  

I am trying to verify my education status. But it is showing "Verification limit exceeded". Can anyone else is having the same issue or have solved it.

I have the education plan and now i can not see the inspect features and also some other properties in making responsive the layout like spaceBetween what is the issue? 

I’ve set this component to include both text and a background. I’m using a boolean to hide the background, but when it’s hidden, the component doesn’t shrink to fit the text — it keeps the same size as when the background is visible.

I am currently UC Berkeley Master’s student and ran into trouble verifying my education account: fanrm@berkeley.edu.I verified it for a new account and accidentally deleted the account. Now I can neither get verified of student status by this email nor recover my deleted account. I have reported to Support Team but received no useful reply.

My version is Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10 

I created bug tickets in Figma for my team. A week has passed, and not a single one was answered. Today, all the tickets were closed with a “Resolved” status and no responses. I submitted both bug reports and sales related tickets. What’s going on?

I accidentally upgraded my old professional account to the education plan. Could you please downgrade it and allow me to reverify my student status using my personal account, which previously had the student plan?

Hello Figma Support Team,I need to open a case because we are experiencing an issue with the automatic assignment of FULL seats within our team, which has already triggered unauthorized charges.We are authorized for only one FULL seat (Figma Make) associated with my email: [redacted - design].However, around three weeks ago, the system automatically assigned an additional FULL seat to the user [redacted 2 - oscar]. I manually disabled it. Recently, another FULL seat was automatically assigned to [redacted 3 - laura]. I'm not sure if this happened because they used Figma Make under the free usage flow and, since they already had an existing user profile, the system automatically converted them to a FULL license. They did not request this, and I only noticed it once the license was already active.This means Figma assigned additional FULL licenses without a manual request, manual approval, or administrative confirmation on our side. As a result, these unauthorized seats generated charges

Added a version to the version history. It saved to the version history with my notes in the description, but when reviewing the versions, it showed a different user has created that version and added notes. In this screenshot, I am user two, a different user is user one. I saved both “Components” and published “components” in the version history - they should both be me. Is this a known bug? How do I fix this issue?  

Any updates on this??From my own experience of using Figma’s AI tool, I tried to generate a visual storyboard project, all uploaded images and GIFs appear correctly within the editor. However, when exporting a preview link via the “Share” or “Export Preview” button, the preview loads completely blank — all frames revert to “Drop image/GIF/video” placeholders.Upon reviewing the generated code, it appears the export function is embedding all uploaded assets directly into the URL as base64 data (using btoa(JSON.stringify(frames))). This causes the generated preview link to exceed browser URL length limits. When the link is opened, the query string is truncated or rejected, resulting in the preview loading without any media content.In short: Assets display fine in the editor. Preview links show no content (blank placeholders). Duplicating, re-uploading, or using prototype links doesn’t resolve it. Within a file you can copy and paste frames with annotations while their tags remain but if you copy frames or components to another file, the annotations get copied which is great but their tags unfortunately disappear. Expected behavior: Annotation tags should remain if copy and pasted to another file.

I subscribed to the Pro plan and made the payment on October 8. However, I canceled it a few days later, hoping that it would end by November 8. But on November 8, I was charged again, even though my account is still on the Starter plan. What’s even stranger is that the payment email says the charge is for the period from October 8 to November 8 — but I was already charged for that period before.[redacted screenshot for privacy reasons] 

So once you add text onto a path, there's no way to separate them back? I'd like to extract the curve from the object below, for example. 

I was adding text to an arc and noticed I can't change the text rotation; the text is always aligned to the path. It would be great to be able to change the text rotation to an arbitrary angle (in the example below, I'd like to make all the numbers horizontal).

I have been verified by the 3rd party company "SheerID" and I still cannot see the education plan options after clicking on the "new" tag in the file menu. What else do I need to do?  I submitted a ticket, but it’s been 10 days and no response.  I have classwork I need to do.  If there isn’t an education plan, please let me know so I can use another layout editor!
