Hi ​@Celine_ , I have an issue here. I was able to use this “Disconnect” feature to actually disconnect from an account to which I no longer have access. Now, I’m trying to connect to a new Github account but nothing happens when I click the “Connect Github” button in settings.
The same procedure I used to connect the old account isn’t working.

Hey ​@Aaron17 , thanks for flagging this, that’s definitely sound odd.

A few things to try first, as this can sometimes get stuck after disconnecting an account:

• Refresh the page and try clicking Connect GitHub again
• Try connecting from an incognito/private window 
• Disable any browser extensions temporarily (especially ad blockers or privacy tools)

If nothing happens after trying those steps, the next best step is for our team to take a closer look at what’s happening on your account. Please reach out to our team via the Support Hub and include:

• The GitHub username you’re trying to connect
• A short screen recording showing the button not responding

Our team has rolled out this feature this week, you should now see this as an option under the Make Github Settings. 

 

Can we get a 2-way sync feature next please?  This would be MASSIVELY useful!
