Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally request a comprehensive review of a billing and access issue related to my Figma subscription.I was charged a total of USD 36.00, which includes prorated adjustments during the billing period from Nov 19 to Dec 19, 2025, related to a seat change between Professional Dev and Professional Full.I would like to clarify several key concerns: My Professional Dev seat was already charged USD 15.00 on Nov 19. Since the price difference between a Professional Dev seat (USD 15) and a Professional Full seat (USD 20) is only USD 5, I reasonably expected any mid-cycle upgrade charge to reflect only this difference on a prorated basis. However, the invoice shows that I was charged nearly USD 16 for the adjustment period, which is significantly higher than the actual plan difference and was not clearly communicated at the time of the change. I did not clearly intend or authorize a mid-cycle upgrade to a Professional Full seat, nor did I actively use

When using Type on Path text, the Type Settings panel does not include OpenType features like stylistic alternates.

I'm experiencing a problem with my published design system in Figma. Although the system file containing components and variables has been successfully published and linked to other files, the color variables aren't showing up correctly in the list or grid views. I've already tried re-publishing the file, re-linking the library, checking for naming conflicts, confirming styles are properly defined and published, and clearing the Figma cache. Despite these efforts, the issue persists, which undermines the purpose of a centralized design system. Has anyone encountered this before or found a reliable workaround?Thanks  

Hello,One of my colleagues creates mockups in Figma. She has a company email address (mail@company.com) and shared the file link with me.When I click the link, I request access. I receive an email confirming that my access request has been approved, and I can then navigate the mockup without any issue.However, sometimes, suddenly, I receive a red notification in Figma saying something like “You don’t have access to this file”, and I am forced to request access again.I don’t know which Figma subscription plan we are on (if any), so I’m wondering if this behavior could be related to plan or permission limitations.Thank you for your help,Best regards.

hey, after the latest update of the right menu, where it used to be device selecting to present prototype, I can't change the peresenting device to desktop, even if I'm trying to present 1920*1080 frame.

I’m using Figjam’s Website Flow Chart template and want to place different icons/shapes into the element/content boxes. I can’t easily find a way to do that, and don’t see any details in the instructions. How are these built? Can I make my own?I know how I can manually build my own, and just use grouping, but these elements are a bit more sophisticated than that. The icon seems to be an integral part of the shape, which makes them easier to work with. I just want to put in different icons as needed. 

Hello Figma Support, This request is regarding Invoice W8MWRNZB-0002 for $23.60 USD dated 17 December. I had purchased a Professional plan on 18 November and cancelled it on 26 November. On December 17, I accidentally added another account as a paid seat, but removed it immediately once I noticed the mistake. Despite this, a prorated charge for a Professional Full seat (Nov 17 – Dec 17) was generated and charged, even though the seat was not used and was removed right away. I did not receive any Professional service for this period. I kindly request a refund for this accidental prorated charge. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am a K-12 Physical Education teacher in Ukraine.I submitted the High School domain request for the Figma Education Plan more than a week ago, but I haven’t received any updates yet. I understand that the verification process can take time, and that documents are usually requested directly by the Figma team.I just want to confirm that my application was received successfully and is still under review. Thank you for your time andsupport.

Note: Initially, I posted this as a question within “Ask the Community” category here: Element visibility issue with nested component instances | Figma Forum. However, now I’m pretty sure what I experienced is a bug. I rewrote the problems below.---I have a component named "Popover Item". On that component I applied a hovered interaction. The layer structures in the component variants are already the same. After that, I inserted the instance of that component into another component named "Popover". Then, I inserted the instance of the Popover component into a "Navigation" component.The prototype runs normally and as expected when I use the instance of the Navigation component on the "Homepage" page. The hovered interaction also works as I imagined. Even when I convert the Homepage page into a component, the interaction from Navigation still runs normally.The problem arises when I create a prototype from the instance of that Homepage component. Hello,I am using the figma make to design the project with the help of AI.figma make has ability to link the git-hub to export the project to git-hub repository.also figma make has the console & code files acess.it is good that i can view and edit he files.but i am not able to restructre the directroies inside the code or using the console.if figma can offer the users to get either terminal on figma make appor able to move/delete files in code section will be improve the project development speed alternatively if the figma make extention for the vs code will be the best for users to develop AI based template/project geneartion soltuion.can you help me to know, is that possible?

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for the Figma Pro subscription that was charged to my account today.When I upgraded to the Pro version, I did not see an option in my subscriptions to cancel automatic renewal. Because of this, I believed the payment was a one-time charge for one month of usage, not a recurring subscription.At this moment, I no longer need the Pro plan. Hi Figma Community, I’m reaching out for advice as I’m facing a billing sync issue and haven’t yet received a response from support. I was on a grace period for the Professional plan. I completed the payment more than 8 hours ago and have the paid invoice as proof. However, my account is still showing that the plan will end shortly (currently less than 30 minutes remaining). I’ve already emailed Figma support earlier today with:  Paid invoice attached Screenshot of the expiry warning   My concern is temporary team restriction, as my team is actively working. Has anyone faced a similar situation before?Is there anything else I should do while waiting for support to update the billing status? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. — Shakinur Rahman

Hi ! If you can help it’s wonderful ?I’ve been trying to connect a repository with Figma Make but each time on the figma website i have the same message popping “Could not create repository” in red on the bottom. I tried doing it on chrome and Safari, both failed. Do you have any ideas ?   

Hi all,I’m trying out a multi-tenants’ Design System, where I have my Foundations file, Components file and then my final product/prototype file.Every time a new client comes, I duplicate the Foundations and product file, update the Variables (inside Foundations) with my client’s color and typography, publish the library and then swap it in the product file.I only keep 1 Components file as my source of truth.Everything was swapping nicely until I got to the Prototype, and all my buttons look great on a default state, but are still referencing the old library when hovered or triggered.I understand there’s no way to override local variables, and the issue here is that these instances are “phoning home” every time they are triggered.I’ve hit a wall and I’m looking for ideas or ways to solve this, to make this multi-tenant DS be feasible and scalable.Thank you!

I’m building my design portfolio using Figma Sites.When I try to publish, I keep getting an error saying that some images are missing alt tags.All of my images are nested inside components, and I’ve added descriptions to them in Figma Design. However, those descriptions don’t seem to be carrying over as image alt text in Sites.Is there a quick way to resolve this within Figma Design, or do I need to manually add alt tags to every image directly in Figma Sites?There are a lot of icons and images across the pages, so doing this manually would be very time-consuming. Any tips on how to fix this or speed up the process would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

PLEASE HELP! ;(This is what I have been looking at, I tired everything, I cleared the cache, changed browsers, tried a vpn, reinstalled my browser xD, nothing works. Please any clue how to fix this or is this from figma side ?  

People should not have edit access to my Figma Make file just because I gave them edit access to the folder it's in. They need edit access to the folder so they can make their own Figma Make files. But I don’t want them editing MY Figma Make file! Not only that, it’s a template. Only I should be editing it. 

My Figma Education Plan was renewed in September , and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.i have contacted sheer id they said contact Figma so here I am.What do I do ?
