I wanted to log in with my education account but it’s not possible anymore since I lost access to my education E-mail. Is there any way to change the E-mail of the account to get access again? Or sent the code to another E-Mail?
I submitted a request and my ticket number is #1799999 but I can’t see the request on this account when the AI sent me a link to check the status. Should I submit a new ticket? I didn’t get a confirmation mail either on the new mail I gave them for reaching out.
