Using AI to iterate or refactor existing designs

Looking for a plugin that can be connected to Claude Code or GH Copilot that would allow our UX designers to prompt large refactors or layer naming (better than the auto layer naming tool that is there now).

But there are very few comments and 2 of the 3 or not great.
