Full seat but says I'm on the free plan

I understand you don’t see your paid team even though your manager upgraded you to a Full seat on that paid team.
 

I’ve checked our system, and it looks like you may have already accepted the invitation to the Professional team.

In that case, you should be able to access it by switching to that team from the sidebar in your file browser.

If you haven’t accepted the invite yet, please look for the invitation and click "Accept" to gain access. For reference, you can follow the steps in this guide: Accept invitations
