In case of using an organization plan, we tried to upload San Francisco (Apple) font packages to make them shareable through our organization. We are not sure if we can use Apple fonts this way. Do you know if someone had similar problems?

i was trying to open a prototype of a project, shared by a colleague, but prototype in not loading and is study in an endless loop, these are the errors i got in the dev tool for my browser, i am using Firefox browser and i have tried deleting all the cache and cookie, but it did not work.

When trying to publish a file in the community, it is published without errors but I can never see it in my profile, it also tells me next to the title, the legend “The community file is in review”. Hi! For some reason, the new color picker stopped working initially in one file, and then in all files. Specifically, the ability to select a color token is no longer available. Can you help me understand what I might be doing wrong? I’ve already tried reloading the file, restarting Figma, and switching between interface versions.

I’m sure I’m overlooking something obvious, but I can’t find the panel control that will add boolean properties to a component. I commonly added boolean controls to Figma components. But maybe the Figma UI has updated recently and now I can’t find the design panel option that will allow the control addition for a component. When I select the sublayer within the component, I can’t find where I can now associate that layer with a boolean off/on appearance. I hunt through the design panel and can’t see it. When using the Inline Device Frame for the iPhone, the notch is included which is great BUT… Slides doesn’t seem to adjust the content of the design to fall below the notch, whereas it would if it were actually being used/viewed on the device. In the included screenshot I’ve manually extended the height of the first container to move it below the notch. Am I missing some way to make this happen automatically?

I am almost done with the basic setup, fetching data and creating layout works perfectly fine, now i need your feedback on how you want to use the images and other features, any feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi, I’ve encountered a bug in Figma on the browser where I am unable to edit any existing text in my project. The only option available is to delete the text, as I can’t type a single character. I can create a new text box, but once it’s added to an existing frame, I can’t type anything. I am using Opera as my main browser. What I’ve tried: Switching accounts Changing projects Switching browsers Is this a new issue? How can I resolve it?

Здравствуйте, может кто знает или сталкивался с подобным: не прогружаются картинки при загрузке ссылки на прототип фигма, что сделать, чтобы все картинки прогружались. До сегодняшнего момента бывало одна или две не прогружались, а сейчас все не грузятся.

Может кто сталкивался с таким или знает, подскажите, при скидывании ссылки на прототип в фигма отсутствуют изображения. Раньше хоть одна - две не прогружались, а сейчас ничего не прогружает, что это может быть?

Hello i would like ti put in a scrolling page, a video fixed in his place, but i want that while scrolling the video start to play forward or backward depending on the scroll direction. It is possible to make this in Figma? Thank so much for any help. Antonio

I cannot find a clear explanation of how it is handled in Figma billing if a company pays for an annual account for a designer, and the employee leaves. It does not look obvious to me that the license is a seat license. Like…how do I assign that seat to the new employee for the rest of the year paid for? We can’t just lose the rest of the year that we paid for because an employee leaves right? Has anyone dealt with this? @Figma can you explain how this works? Thanks.

Hi, our team is switching from Sketch to Figma and we’re having a hard time time figuring out what the best course of action is. Currently we have found that, In sketch, we have to copy all the components (Symbols in sketch) into the according design file and than just import this file in Figma to make sure all connections betweens instances and components don’t break. However we don’t really know how to get the components out of the design file and into their own library file that we can than publish without breaking all the links. Is there an easy or a proper way to do this?

Hi, I was working on Figma on IPad,Chrome browser. But after the latest IPad update copy and paste option doesn’t work properly. When I try to copy&paste a frame, it only pastes the text on it, but not other features. I tried turning the IPad off and on again, I tried different browsers, nothing seems to work. Since last Friday (December 6th), all the projects in my account (which is an account under the company’s domain), the texts are not appearing on the Figma board. When I play the prototype, all the texts appear, but, being in Figma, on the Figma board, nothing appears. I’ve already cleared the cookies, memory, restarted the PC, and nothing happens. If I log into the project with another account, everything is normal. What can I do?

Everything is redlined, but no suggestions. It is driving me nuts. Any ideas why is this happening?

Hi All, Looking for a monitor to work with my M1 2021 MacBook Pro to use with Figma. Can anybody recommend any as my back is hurting being hunched over all day. I have seen so many monitors but I just don’t want to blurry fonts and lines. It’s not for gaming. Thanks

Hello, I want the ‘Request for Quote’ button and its background to fix position when scrolling. I manage to get it “fixed” in the prototype tab, but it then this button doesn’t appear in prototype mode. Please see pictures. I’m not sure if I’ve set up constraints properly or not. It’s a long screen, so I don’t want it right at the bottom of the screen, I want it stuck at the Y 756 axis point. Not sure if its an auto layout issue either since I thought absolute position could override any issues with auto layout and fixed-position elements when scrolling. Thanks.
