I currently use “Professional” plan, and I purchased 2 seats, for me and my developer.
My question is - Should we both have “Professional” plan so that my developer will have access to my drafts(with all the Properties visible, etc.)? Or I can just have the “Professional” plan for myself and give my developer editing rights? Or may be my developer should be on the “Professional” plan (and have access to all Properties), while I stay on the basic plan?
Just trying to figure out the best option.
Thank you!

Hi @Karen21, Thank you for contacting us. I understand this might be a bit confusing, so let me clarify!
To provide some context, subscriptions are associated with teams, not individual users. In other words, all editors within a single team are covered by the same team plan.
If the draft file is in your Professional team, your developer will require a paid seat on that team's plan (in this case, Professional) to be able to edit it.
If the draft file is in a free Starter team, you'll need to move it from your Drafts to a project before inviting editors. Since it's in a Starter team, those editors won't need to upgrade to a paid plan. (Please be aware that the Starter team has limitations.)
