How do I access the project when this comes up?
Uh oh… we can’t open that file

We can’t open this file because WebGL isn’t supported, or is disabled, in your browser. If your browser supports WebGL, check out this help article to find out how to enable it.

Does it show up in the Figma Desktop app and / or in the browser?

Try enabling hardware acceleration and enabling WebGL.

The article below describes how to disable these settings, but you need to enable them.

You can also try updating the video card driver. If this doesn’t help, it is better to contact support.
