Unable to renew Education plan

Hello, I recently went back to studying UX/UI Design after a hiatus and received a message from Figma saying that my student plan will expire in 4 weeks. When I tried to re-apply, I received the message "You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan." I am still a student and do not work in the field yet, how can I re-apply for the education plan?

    I already tried to reapply following these instructions, but at the and, after submit, I keep getting the message "You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan."

     Thanks for the details! The best option here will be to reach out directly to the Figma team at education@figma.com for further assistance. You may be asked to provide additional information about your course, including:

    • An updated URL of the institution you’re enrolled with
    • A copy of your school-issued identification card
    • A transcript, receipt, or other proof of enrolment
