For string Variable, Finding difficulty to remove string value

For the string variable. I have been trying to delete the “string value” and leave it blank, but it keeps reappearing. Also,I have repeated to add string variable with another design and it worked. But the time im adding to the existing file, it’s frustrating.

im to having the same issue, trying to delete the string value it keep coming again and again, is there any ways to make sting value as empty ?
