Dear Figma Support Team,I hope you're doing well.I'm reaching out regarding my Team Karma workspace, which is currently locked due to an outstanding invoice.I recently noticed that my workspace was upgraded to a Professional plan with AI Credits, resulting in an invoice of $80.24. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the AI Credits would incur this additional recurring cost, and I no longer require the Professional features or AI Credits.I primarily use Figma for personal learning and portfolio work, and at this time I'm unable to afford this subscription.I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with the following:Review or waive (or reduce, if possible) the outstanding invoice. Remove the AI Credits from my subscription. Downgrade my workspace from the Professional plan to the Starter (Free) plan. Unlock my workspace so I can access and manage my existing draft files.I completely understand if there are billing policies that need to be followed, but I would be very grateful if
I have got a Toggle Switch component, and I’m trying make an update for the Full width property by keeping the hint close to the label.1.In the first instance from the image the full width is disabled and the component behaves as intended.2. in the 2nd instance (selected) the full width property is enabled and it sort of works, the only issue with this is the responsiveness (the 3rd instance that is bellow). Is there a workaround that can fix this issue?Do you have any suggestions?
Sanity check before I submit this as a bug or feature request:Is there an easy, non-destructive way to make Figma show drop shadows on the inside of a closed path, like a circle?I don’t want to use Outline Stroke since that’s destructive. I’m trying to keep it as a normal editable circle and have it behave like it does in apps like Sketch or Affinity Designer, where a drop shadow on a stroke renders on both sides of the path.Same editable circle, inside stroke, and drop shadow setup. Figma doesn’t render the shadow inside the closed path, while Sketch creates the expected inner-shadow effect without outlining the stroke.
Hi, I subscribed to a FULL seat account on May 19th with the [email redacted by forum moderator to remove PII], and then I contacted you to cancel my payment information and auto-renewal. The platform replied that my payment card information and auto-renewal had been canceled. Currently, the auto-renewal is canceled, but between May 19 and June 19, some team members added paid seats themselves: two FULL seats and one developer seat. As a result, on June 20, I was charged for these four seats, along with the fees for these four seats from June 19 to July 19. I really don't need this many seats now; I only need an extra FULL seat. Could you cancel the other FULL seat and the developer seat for me? Also, can you explain why last month you told me that my linked credit card was canceled, but this month my payment card was still used?
Hi everyone,I am posting this here because Figma's automated billing system has wrongly charged me, and I need a cancellation and a full refund processed before these funds completely leave my bank account.I initially purchased a basic professional collab seat for myself, which rightfully cost me around $5 ($5.90 with tax) as shown in my historical May invoice in the Billing Overview screenshot. When June 4 came around, I expected a standard $5 renewal. Instead, I saw a sudden, massive jump to $40.16.The Breakdown of the Issue: Billing Overview screenshot: This shows my clean billing history. On May 4, 2026, I paid my regular $5.90 monthly invoice. But suddenly, on June 4, 2026, Figma slapped me with an overdue total of $40.16 without warning. Invoice Details screenshot: This invoice itemization proves Figma upgraded me to a "1 Full seat" ($20.00) plus backdated "Seat updates" ($14.03) without my explicit consent. I never opted into a full design seat tier; I only wanted my single st
My experience with the agent has been slow and not very good - at least with basic asks over the last few weeks. I like Claude’s performance much better but of course not as simple to integrate the two but certainly possible.….can you share what is the foundation of Figma’s agent and how is it improving?
Bug: Unable to unstar files using any available method The "Unstar all" button in the sidebar throws an irrelevant error saying "You don't have permission to view this file", even though I can open the file without any issues. Right-clicking the file and selecting "Remove from sidebar" doesn't work. On the Home page, hovering over the file thumbnail and clicking the yellow star to unstar it also doesn't work.Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a known workaround or fix?
Absolute Position icon seems to be shifted someplace else on updated figma 2026, please help where can I add this property from to my elements inside autolayout in figma?
Hello everyone, I am working on Figma Weave and has been a couple of days that is tool is going very slow and laggy. Do anyone else experience the same issue?
I opened a support ticket numbered #1973523 on Figma 3 days ago, but we haven’t received a response from anyone at Figma yet. Is there any way to get a reply from the support team?
We are currently working on a new library within our Company A, to use it for most of our products. However, for a few other products, we also need to add a library from Company A. We know that in the so-called connected projects, we can access each of our individual projects. But what we actually need, though, is to be able to access the libraries of both different companies within a single project, within a single file. Do you have a solution for that?
“We’re on the Professional plan, but when using the Figma MCP Server we get: ‘Error fetching file: Figma API rate limit hit (429). Retry after 259743 seconds. Your Figma seat type (Viewer or Collaborator) has a lower API rate limit. Your starter plan has limited API access.’
I've been exploring local AI models recently and found that running DeepSeek directly on a Mac can be surprisingly useful for design and development work. For designers and developers, a local AI setup offers several advantages:More privacy when working with project documentation and design assets Faster experimentation without relying on cloud-based services Help with UX writing, user flows, and content generation Assistance with plugin development and front-end code Greater control over AI workflows and model settingsThe setup process is becoming much simpler, and modern Apple Silicon Macs are capable of running powerful AI models locally with good performance.I'm curious how the Figma community is approaching local AI. Are you using local models for design systems, UX research, content creation, plugin development, or other parts of your workflow? What has worked well for you, and what challenges have you encountered?
Hello,I am trying to create variables in my design file but they aren’t appearing where they traditionally have been. I have usually found them in between the Page and Styles sections on the right side bar. I am on a paid plan. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thank you.
Hi everyone, I am currently working on a POC for automated visual testing where Figma designs are used as the source of truth and screenshots captured from a Storybook application are compared against those designs. My current approach is: 1. Retrieve/export design images from Figma using Figma MCP.2. Capture screenshots of the corresponding Storybook components.3. Compare the Figma reference image with the Storybook screenshot using AI/image comparison techniques. However, I have encountered an issue while extracting images through Figma MCP. The downloaded images do not seem to include the background color correctly. As a result, the foreground object colors appear different when compared with the actual rendered component, leading to inaccurate visual comparison results. Interestingly, when I manually use the Export feature in the Figma UI, the image is downloaded correctly with the expected background color and the comparison works much better. My questions are: - Is there a way to
Hey everyone,We’re trying to set up templates for marketers/content managers to use, and we're having some trouble setting up the text fields. We want an easy way for the end user to hide or collapse text fields if they aren't needed (for example, when we have a header, preheader, and subheader). Currently, when the layout is locked and you delete the text, the empty text field still remains, which is not what we want, we want it to collapse within the auto-layout.We’re assuming the only two solutions are pretty much: A) Unlock the guides and delete the fields (but we don’t really want the end user to have to unlock things). B) The designer has to set up switch toggles for the header, preheader, subheader, etc. Is there really no other solution that’s easier for a marketer or content manager to hide and collapse text fields?
Hi, one of the biggest advantages when usings slots for me is the ability to slot in not only component instances, but any arbitrary figma objects like frames or text. However, when using the native UI by clicking the plus icon button, it is suddenly only possible to select and slot only component instances: I’m trying to understand why this behavior happens - is there any good reason for this? Is Figma just not able to search for entire objects on the page because it’s too much? --- What I am particularly trying to achieve is another step towards design-code parity. In code, we use properties. If these properties are empty, then nothing happens and the property itself does not materialize itself in the UI and occupy space. In Figma you can do something similar by setting either the width or the height of a slot to zero. But then, it’s not possible to use the plus icon button or to drag-and-drop objects into slots. Thus, you have to use the “Add instances” functionality. But there, y

I really need help figuring out how to turn on AI in my Figma account!I’m a paid full-seat user, and the account owner (my boss) has enabled AI. I do have access to Figma Make and can even edit image with prompt inside my design files, but I still don’t see the Figma AI icon.I’ve also submitted a ticket to customer support, but no luck so far. Please help 🙏Thank you!
Hi everyone,I recently designed a compliance reporting dashboard concept aimed at helping security, risk, and compliance teams manage reporting workflows more efficiently. The design focuses on presenting complex compliance data in a clear and actionable format. Key areas explored include:• Compliance status tracking across multiple frameworks• Risk and issue monitoring dashboards• Executive-level reporting views• Audit readiness and remediation tracking• Clean data visualization and navigationMy goal was to balance information density with usability, ensuring that users can quickly identify important insights without feeling overwhelmed.I would appreciate feedback on:Information architecture Dashboard layout Data visualization choices User experience and navigation Accessibility and readability Areas that could be improvedThanks for taking a look. I'm interested in hearing how other designers would approach similar compliance and reporting challenges.

Hello,I've been using Figma for a while, and I've been able to use PS5 DualSense's PS button to trigger interactions. However, I recently updated and all of a sudden, button inputs are reading the way they show up on https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad . Now I can't use the PS button (Home) as a trigger anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
only “isAselected” is set to false! Why?
I recently worked on a product-focused landing page design for an industrial filtration component called a Coalescer Separator Cartridge. The goal was to present highly technical information in a way that's easier for engineers, procurement teams, and industrial buyers to understand. Some design challenges I focused on:Simplifying complex filtration concepts through visual hierarchy Making technical specifications more scannable Improving readability for industrial B2B audiences Creating clear product benefit sections without overwhelming users Optimizing the page structure for both desktop and mobile viewingThe product itself is used in gas processing, oil & gas, chemical processing, and industrial filtration systems to remove liquid aerosols and contaminants from gas streams.I'd love feedback on:Information architecture Content organization Visual hierarchy Technical product presentation Overall user experience for industrial audiencesReference page:https://www.brotherfiltration.c
