Issue: When viewing a Figma Slides deck on a mobile browser (confirmed on both Safari and Chrome), all user-placed images are replaced by the same stock filler image — a woman writing on a whiteboard. The issue occurs immediately on every slide containing an image and does not happen on desktop browsers. Description:When using Find and Replace in Figma, the search scope (Search in this file / Search in all pages) can be clearly visible and configurable before the search begins.Currently, if “Search in all pages” remains selected from a previous search, users may unintentionally perform a broader search than intended. Suggested Improvement: Display the search scope options before executing the search. Make the currently selected scope clearly visible. Allow users to switch between “Search in this file” and “Search in all pages” before execution. Consider defaulting to the current page/file scope when appropriate, rather than retaining a broader scope without sufficient visibility.   Rationale:This would improve user control, prevent unintended broad searches, and potentially reduce unnecessary processing time in large files. Expected Outcome:Users can make an informed scope selection before each search, improving predictability, efficiency, and overall usability.

I attached a short video about My problem, What's wrong? This is the first time I see issue like this.

The new feature to create plugins directly in figma is great, but I want to share these plugins/tools with my team but can’t find a way to do it. Plus, searching for it only leads me to the standard flow to publish plugins, which does not work for in-figma built tools. So, how can I publish a figma made tool with Organization?

Figma Beta Desktop App opens a new window instead of reopening the closed tab. I use the shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + TGoogle Drive LINKFigma Beta App Version 126.10.3Thank you

Until recently, using the “Export” function in the sidebar opened up a window that showed the last folder used for export. This was quite useful as it allowed for multiple exports to occur into the same folder without needing to dig for the folder each time.As of last week though, using the “Export” function always defaults the save folder to the Downloads directory instead of the last used export directory.I can understand defaulting to a directory in lieu of a preference, but can a preference be set within Figma to either default to the last used or default to a specific directory? My workflow benefits greatly from doing multiple exports to a unique directory and this new change has slowed things down quite a bit. Thanks!

We had an odd bug. We have an Org license, and one of our Developers (who is on a Dev seat) tried to log into a joint Figjam we are currently working on for a workshop. User is on a MAC on 26.6.2 (Tahoe), using Safari browser - Version 26.6.2 (21624.5.1.11.3). When the Dev logged in, they had a flashing screen (black and white) and when they tried again they couldn’t see any content at all, but could see the people contributing to the board (arrows/names) - that’s the screenshot shown below - I have blurred the names out for privacy. Anyone else had this? Any help much appreciated. It seems to work ok on Safari now.

We are on a Figma Professional plan with multiple team admins.I would like to change one existing user from Admin to Member, while retaining the user's existing Full seat and access to the team.In the current Figma UI, the Admin dropdown only provides "Copy email", and Admin → People does not provide an option to revoke admin access.Could you advise how I can revoke admin privileges from this user without removing the user from the team?

My invitation mail isn’t received by our new team member, thus I can’t add her to the team. What might be the reason? (Yes we have checked spam and junk; also asked IT for as if it’s blackedlisted)

I accidentally purchased an annual subscription instead of a monthly subscription. I would like to switch to monthly billing and request a refund of the remaining annual payment after deducting the applicable monthly charges. Hello Figma Team,I am reporting a serious image rendering bug that started on October 14, 2026, shortly after a recent Figma update. This issue is severely affecting my daily work as a professional graphic designer. What is happening? When I open my Figma projects on my iPhone, some images are replaced with completely unrelated pictures. For example, instead of a photograph of a woman wearing a winter jacket, Figma displays an illustration of a subway train. This is not a situation where images are missing, blurry, or failing to load. Figma is displaying entirely different images that have nothing to do with my original files. All images display correctly on my Windows computer.Sometimes refreshing or reopening the file temporarily restores the correct images, but the problem keeps coming back. When did the problem start? October 13, 2026: Everything worked perfectly. All photographs displayed correctly on my iPhone. October 14, 2026: The problem appeared suddenly, around the time of a rece

Hello,Since yesterday evening one of my Figma Make files seems to be stuck. (see attached)I get the following error ID : srid_TEBVMZJKG1A5HMCF2JBTFT4JRI have duplicated the file and it works fine, but I’d rather keep my current file as I have already shared it with our client, etc.How could I fix this? Thanks,Julien

Hi Celine- Are there any plans to remove this constraint? We have container frames with a handful of separate screen specs in them and would like to designate certain screens as ready, but not the entire set. It’d be great to not have to have the frame or instance top-level, but allow nesting and still mark contained elements ‘ready for dev’. Thanks!

I MEAN I TRIED THE TEXT ON PATH FEATURE, AND I COULDN’T ANIMATE IT, ANIMATION BUTTON IS DISABLED FOR THIS

“Your apex domain, blackhills.com.hk, has a AAAA record that needs to be removed from your DNS settings to continue.”But there no AAAA record in the domain provider DNS settingI am not use Cloudflare anyone can help? Thanks

When using FigJam connector lines to map user flows in a Figma design file, I can attach either end of a connector line to any element within a regular frame. However, when I manage each UI screen as an instance of a screen component, I can no longer attach the connector line to any element inside that frame instance.

The issue being faced today:I want to have preferred values only show up under the instance swap feature. Not searchable in the assets panel, as these are typically sub-components that I don’t want to be used on their own (examples: a dropdown menu used in a global navigation component, the vector for an icon used to instance swap in an actual icon component to control the sizes via icon properties, a single segment used inside a donut chart, pre-configured links or buttons commonly used inside a bigger component to make it easier to select from a pre-set). Why this isn’t possible:Unpublished and hidden components are treated the same in Figma. Hiding/unpublishing a component in Figma is currently the only way for it to not show up in the assets panel. Hiding/unpublishing a preferred value leads to additional issues: Preferred values cannot be selected by library consumers if they are unpublished. Preferred values must be published in order for updates to be available to library consu

Hi all,Figma motion is incredible and is becoming my go-to motion tool. Only a few things are holding it back:High-quality export: bitrate control, 4K, .mov with transparency, and correct colour tagging. The current exports are fine for social, but too low quality for more serious uses.  Visibility control: let me show or hide a layer at a set time on the timeline, instead of faking it with opacity keyframes. Speed graph: Just a really good way of interacting with easings, would be good to have alongside cubic bezier and springs. Better resizing: scaling an animated frame or instance should scale its keyframes too. At the moment elements drift out of place, which makes it hard to reuse one animation component across different uses. Variant export: export every value of a component property (e.g. 16 headlines × 3 sizes) in one job, without first building an instance for each combination. And bring the API/MCP video export up to the same level as the UI’s multi-layer export. This feature

Hello,I would like to request a refund for my Figma subscription. I have never used the service, and I had attempted to cancel my subscription before the payment was processed, but I was still charged.I am currently a student with limited financial resources, so this unexpected charge is a significant burden for me. I would really appreciate it if you could kindly review my request and issue a refund.Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you.

SummaryI'd like Mistral's MCP client to be added to the Figma MCP Catalog so that Mistral users can connect to the official remote Figma MCP server (https://mcp.figma.com/mcp).The problemMistral's Le Chat, now part of Mistral Vibe (Vibe Work), supports custom MCP connectors. These connect to remote servers over Streamable HTTP and support OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration. When I add https://mcp.figma.com/mcp as a custom connector, [describe what happened, e.g. the connection fails with "MCP connection requires additional information or is invalid" / HTTP 403 during registration].From the forum thread "Figma's approach breaks the core promise of MCP", I understand the remote server allowlists client_name during dynamic client registration, and that only clients in the MCP Catalog can currently authenticate. Mistral's client doesn't appear to be on that list. Why it matters- Mistral is a major AI provider with a large user base, particularly in Europe, where many teams choose it

Hi everyone,I’m working on a quick administrative side project to help healthcare staff estimate their take-home pay — essentially a simple web tool based on the latest NHS Pay Scale and a dynamic NHS pay calculator. While putting together the breakdown for Band 5 and Band 6 roles, I ran into a bit of a discrepancy when factoring in London weighting zones and the recent annual pay uplifts. Some of the calculated net take-home figures after pension deductions, tax thresholds, and National Insurance contributions don't quite match up with the official Electronic Staff Record (ESR) payslip examples I’m cross-referencing.Here’s the reference guide and breakdown table I’m currently looking at:https://forum.figma.com/ask-the-community-7/i-built-a-relationship-duration-calculator-looking-for-ui-ux-feedback-57842/ NHS Pay Scale/What I’ve checked so far: Verified the updated percentage brackets for the NHS Pension Scheme tiered contributions. Tested both standard tax codes (like 1257L) and reg

Hi Figma Support Team,I’m experiencing a recurring issue with Figma Make that’s making it almost impossible to work. Every time I use Make to generate or update something on a page, it completes the action and then automatically refreshes back to the Home screen, closing my active file and interrupting my workflow.
