Disable any future recurring billing or payment attempts. Confirm that the subscription has been fully canceled. Confirm whether there are any outstanding invoices or pending charges on my account. Hi! Has the canvas panning keyboard shortcuts changed recently? I use Ctrl+Space+scroll wheel to pan and zoom the canvas but now that keyboard shortcut puts me into a Keyboard picking mode. Is this new? It really gets in the way of working.

我的本月账单多了一个fullseat，我们只有一个设计师，只需要一个fullseat

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an accidental annual subscription charge.I have been using the Figma Pro plan on a monthly basis. However, on May 7th, 2026, the plan was accidentally switched to an annual subscription.I realized this mistake on May 8th and immediately cancelled the seat/subscription. As this was an unintentional purchase and I took action within 24 hours, I would kindly like to request a full refund of the annual fee.I would appreciate it if you could help me revert this and process the refund. Thank you for your assistance.

Im creating a prototype and would like to link to live pages on our site without having the User in the test have to see the “Leaving Figma Warning” page. My concern is that it takes it breaks the illusion of an actual experience. Is there a way remove this middle page from the experience?

Currently, dashed strokes have ‘trimmed caps’. Is there a way to have all dashes with the same length? Example:

Currently, I have to manually scroll through the Recent tools list every time to find a tool I use frequently. This becomes time-consuming and inefficient.

Hi everyone, I'm the developer of Chart Studio. I built it for the point in dashboard and presentation work where sample charts need to become charts from real data.Choose a chart, paste a table or import CSV/JSON, adjust colors, fonts, labels and axes, then insert vector output with optional native Figma text layers. For example, turn monthly revenue data into a grouped bar chart and match it to your dashboard's palette. The 12 free chart types include line, area, bar, pie, donut, scatter and radar. These support unlimited insertion, no watermarks, and standard SVG, PNG and data exports. There is also an optional one-time Pro purchase on Gumroad. It unlocks all 43 chart types, including Sankey, treemap, heatmap and waterfall, plus XLSX and public Google Sheets imports, PDF and offline interactive HTML exports. The free chart types do not require a license.A few practical limits: insertion creates a new chart rather than overwriting the existing one. Online imports are one-time imports,

Hi everyone — I'm the developer of Sketchbridge, a Figma Design plugin built around the open-source Excalidraw editor.I made it for the early stages of product work: sketch a user flow, wireframe or journey map, then keep working with editable objects in the design file. One example is the free Signup flow template. Open it in the plugin, change the steps, labels and colors on the canvas, click Done, and choose Apply to Figma. The result contains native text and vector paths that you can adjust in Figma. There are 18 free original templates covering brainstorming, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, planning and architecture. Canvas editing is also free; no purchase is required to use those templates. For transparency, there is an optional $9.99 one-time pack of 12 additional templates for SaaS, AI workflows and workshops. Free and paid templates use the same editing and conversion tools.Current limits: this works in Figma Design. Arrows become vector paths and won't reconnect automatic

Hey I have a style guide and its currently in phase 2, my team has decided to simplify the text styles so I need to merge a lot of text styles together. Is there an efficient method of doing this? Thanks!

I'm excited for Bulk Create in Figma Buzz. It’s a lot more intuitive for our marketers to use, but at its current stage it’s actually more time consuming than our existing workflow, mainly because it doesn’t have the ability to bulk rename frames or the exported filenames. That means we still end up having to manually rename "Frame1.png" all the way to "Frame175.png".Here’s our use case: we need to create OpenGraph images for a website with over a hundred pages. We have two design templates: one with page title only, one with page title and a subhead.Currently, the marketing & web dev team maintain a spreadsheet of all the pages currently exist. We have the 2 designs set up as components and use a plugin called Scribe - Dynamic data in seconds to pull in the CSV and use a column we choose for naming the frames / files.I can see Bulk Create doing this as well, and even adding some common renaming & conditional naming options (i.e. case options, removing + replacing + appending ch

I want to remove the Edu plan of my account so that my friends (which aren’t students) can access the figma file :( I dont know how to send a ticket so I come here for help :((

Hi folks! I used some components from other files in my project, and even though I removed them, I still see some Variables available in the “Page → Modes”. They are not available anywhere else. It doesn’t affect the project; when I select one, change the page, and then return to it, that mode is selected. I checked my file, and nothing leads to the other file anymore – no styles, variables, components, etc. It seems like a bug, and I see some variables pulled from another file, but can I remove it somehow?

Hello, this is a new account and I wanted to try and apply for student plan but always run into this error after couple of tries. I tried to file a report but I need to use Figma asap for my university courses. Can anyone help me answer how to fix this?Addendum: I am an offshore student studying in Oman and an Online Distant e-Learner from University of the Philippines Open University. I wonder if this discrepancy affects my application?

Hello,We have received a notification indicating that your app may stop working after January 2027 because it is currently running on a platform that will no longer be supported. As your app is actively used in our Atlassian Cloud environment, we would like to understand your plans regarding this change and how it may affect our organization.Could you please provide information on the following points? Migration Strategy Do you plan to migrate the app from Atlassian Connect to Forge or another supported platform? Is there already a migration roadmap or target timeline available? Impact on Existing Functionality Will the current app continue to function without changes until January 2027? Are there any features that may be impacted or deprecated before that date? Customer Actions Required Will any action be required from our side to support the migration? Will reinstallation, configuration changes, or data migration be necessary?  Hello Figma Support Team,First of all, I didn't know that how I added an extra seat while giving permission to other account to view which lead to a charge per seat. This unintentionally gave a team members 'full seat' permission, and I now know that this leads to an additional fee. So I changed the seats but I already paid the bill and I want to get a refund on that extra seat which was accidently added.I also raised a ticket but got no reply on email. Here is my ticket no: #2184420. Please let me know if you need any further information. I look forward to your quick response.Thank you.

Hello Figma Support,I’m using the free Starter plan, and my daily AI credits are still showing 0/150, even though it is the next day.My AI balance shows that I have 344 monthly credits remaining, but my Figma AI prompt box is completely disabled. I have already refreshed the page and logged out and back in, but the issue persists.Could you please help me understand why my daily credits have not reset?I have attached a screenshot of my AI balance for reference.Thank you for your help!

Lately Figma for Mac has become unusably slow. Even scrolling through the design is painfully laggy. Used to work perfectly.

Hi, I've been working on a prototype, and animating the chat bubbles turned out to be quite a tedious task. To create the animation, I had to duplicate multiple frames and apply individual delay animations to each chat bubble.I'm wondering, is there a way to apply a delay animation to a group of elements collectively and adjust the timing for each, similar to how you'd stagger animations when loading a collection of cards? With Figma's current capabilities, the only workaround seems to be creating multiple frames and manually adjusting the opacity and timing for each element to simulate delayed appearance which becomes repetitive and time-consuming when applied across multiple components.Would love to know if there’s a more efficient approach or if this is something the team is planning to improve in the future.

I have the same problem:Yesterday evening, my account showed more than 2,000 AI credits. This morning, the balance was zero. I did not expect to use all of those credits overnight.Could you please check my credit usage history and explain what caused the balance to drop? If the credits were deducted in error, I would appreciate it if you could restore them.Thank you for your help.
