Refund Request: Accidental Annual Subscription Change

Hello,

I am writing to request a refund for an accidental annual subscription charge.

I have been using the Figma Pro plan on a monthly basis. However, on May 7th, 2026, the plan was accidentally switched to an annual subscription.

I realized this mistake on May 8th and immediately cancelled the seat/subscription. As this was an unintentional purchase and I took action within 24 hours, I would kindly like to request a full refund of the annual fee.

I would appreciate it if you could help me revert this and process the refund. Thank you for your assistance.
