AI credits disappeared from my account overnight 2

I have the same problem:

Yesterday evening, my account showed more than 2,000 AI credits. This morning, the balance was zero. I did not expect to use all of those credits overnight.
Could you please check my credit usage history and explain what caused the balance to drop? If the credits were deducted in error, I would appreciate it if you could restore them.

Hi, ​@bibo iam. Thanks for flagging this! I can definitely understand why seeing your balance drop from over 2,000 credits to zero would be concerning.

 

Did you use any AI features overnight? It sounds like from your post that you weren’t active in Figma at all, but I just wanted to clarify. Having said that, we don’t have visibility here in the forum to what might have used the credits.

 

Can you contact our support team so they can investigate what caused the drop? I recommend including the approximate times you saw each balance, your time zone, any screenshots you have, and links to relevant files. They’ll be able to see what may have used the credits, and will be able to assist directly if it turns out something went wrong.
