Cancel Figma Payment

Hello Figma Support,

I’m trying to cancel my Professional team subscription, but I cannot find any option to cancel the plan or manage the subscription from the Billing/Admin settings.

I recently received an email saying that a recurring payment for my Professional team subscription could not be processed.

I do not want to continue this subscription, and I want to make sure that there will be no further automatic payment attempts or charges.

Could you please:

  1. Cancel my Professional team subscription.

  2. Disable any future recurring billing or payment attempts.

  3. Confirm that the subscription has been fully canceled.

  4. Confirm whether there are any outstanding invoices or pending charges on my account.

Please let me know if you need any information from me to locate the correct team or subscription.

Thank you.

Thanks for your post, @P.Paws, and not a problem. I checked the account tied to your forum profile and I don’t see any teams upgraded to Pro or other plans.

Did you still need help with this? If so, I recommend checking out our help article on upgrading and downgrading your plan, as that will give you steps to downgrade back to Starter. The steps vary depending on if you are downgrading from Professional or from Enterprise/Organization, though the article covers all plans.

Let me know if you have any trouble!
