Ai promt credits

Hello Figma Support,

I’m using the free Starter plan, and my daily AI credits are still showing 0/150, even though it is the next day.

My AI balance shows that I have 344 monthly credits remaining, but my Figma AI prompt box is completely disabled. I have already refreshed the page and logged out and back in, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me understand why my daily credits have not reset?

I have attached a screenshot of my AI balance for reference.

    Thanks for posting, ​@Sol Hinode! I can see why this is confusing when you still have 344 monthly credits available.

     

    The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC, which may be later than midnight in your local timezone and would explain why you haven’t yet seen it reset. If you wait a bit longer until midnight UTC passes, you should be good to go. Having said that, let me know if this isn’t the case and we can troubleshoot what might be happening.
