Good afternoon. The paid version of Figma was paid for. Appearance now has the option to select a color, but there is no color list in the Variables list. Why aren't the colors displayed in Appearance?
I’ve created a project and connected a custom domain. In the file settings, I’ve made sure to uncheck the “Exclude from search engine results” option. However, after publishing, the noindex meta tag still appears in the site’s head. There are no noindex tags in my code, and I’ve tried several workarounds; adding an index, follow meta tag and injecting a script to modify the DOM, but it seems Figma is inserting the tag automatically. Has anyone encountered this issue or found a reliable workaround?
Siter.io provides a platform for constructing and launching complete websites without needing any coding expertise. It allows for a seamless export of Figma design files, eliminating the need to convert your designs into HTML and CSS manually. Once exported, adjustments and modifications can be made directly on Siter, with the added feature of incorporating responsive designs for your pages. Moreover, Siter’s visual editor allows for the integration of HTML code directly into your website. Here’s how to use it: Install the Siter.io plugin. Within Figma, select your website’s art-board. The latest Figma build (125.4.8) is causing severe performance issues across multiple systems, making it frustrating to work on even moderately complex files. On macOS (Intel MacBook Pro 2019, i9, 32GB RAM): Extremely laggy interactions (delayed selection, slow rendering, unresponsive tools). Sometimes running into High CPU usage even with simple vector edits. Issue persists after a fresh macOS reinstall, ruling out system clutter. Kills the creative workflow due to constant freezing/stuttering. On Windows (8th Gen Intel i7, 16GB RAM, SSD): Slightly better than macOS but still noticeably sluggish. Frame drops while zooming/panning, delays in plugin execution. Both systems meet Figma’s recommended specs, yet performance is worse than previous builds. Is this a regression in rendering efficiency? Are others facing similar slowdowns? Temporary fixes tried (no success): Disabling hardware acceleration. Clearing cache/reinstalling Figma. Using Figma in a browser (issue gets away somehow but
Hey Figma community, I’m working on a personal UX/UI research project and would love some expert input from those familiar with game interface design. I’ve recently downloaded the Minecraft 1.21.90.3 APK and thought it would be a great case study due to its iconic visual style and complex UI structure. My goal is to reverse-engineer the UI of this Minecraft version and rebuild its design system in Figma — including components, color tokens, spacing rules, and typography. However, I'm struggling to find the best tools and workflow to do this efficiently. Here’s what I’m currently doing:Taking multiple screenshots of the app in use, then using color pickers to manually extract hex codes, guessing font styles, and eyeballing spacing. Needless to say, this is time-consuming and inaccurate. My question to the community: What is the best way to extract or recreate the UI from a game like Minecraft 1.21.90.3 using Figma? I'm particularly interested in: Tools that can inspect APKs and extract
Hey Figma community, I’m currently working on a personal UX/UI exploration project focused on game interface design — and I’d really appreciate insights from anyone who has experience with UI extraction or recreation from games. Also, if you’re curious to see more context about the app version I’m using, I came across a good reference page here: https://1kb.link/xhTmj5 Recently, I downloaded Minecraft 1.21.90.3 APK and thought it would make for an excellent case study. Minecraft's visual language is both iconic and functionally complex, making it a great candidate for a design system reconstruction. Current Workflow (and Its Limits): At the moment, I’m taking in-game screenshots manually, using eyedroppers to extract hex codes, estimating fonts, and trying to replicate spacing by zooming into images — which, as you might guess, is tedious and not the most reliable method. For reference, Minecraft’s UI — while seemingly blocky and straightforward — includes quite a bit of depth. The set
I’d like to insert an image into a cell in a table in FigJam so that it moves with the table as it expands and changes size. Currently, I’m just having to drag pictures around with the table as it expands which is fine for one or two images but I have many!
It would be beneficial if Figma included the option to enlarge the interactions panel. Reading all the conditional and variable interactions within the small preset frame size can be challenging. Enabling users to expand the panel size, similar to the way the variables frame can be expanded, would make it easier for users to review the interactions they have set. Being able to copy interaction would be extremely helpful and reduce redundant work
Hi, If I upgrade from my current free account to Figma Pro, will I get instant access to Figma AI?
Hey Figma community, I'm working on a personal project to create a detailed case study and I'm looking for advice on the best workflow. My goal is to deconstruct the UI of an interesting app and rebuild its design system in Figma. The specific app I'm analyzing is called Meezo.fun. It has a really unique interface and I believe it would make for a great learning exercise. I have the `meezo.fun apk` file, but I'm struggling with an efficient way to extract its core design elements. My current process involves taking dozens of screenshots, manually using a color picker for the palette, guessing fonts, and measuring spacing by hand. This is incredibly slow and often inaccurate. My question for the community is:**What is the best practice or toolchain for "reverse-engineering" an app's UI from an APK file into Figma?** I'm wondering if there are any plugins or third-party tools that can:1. Inspect an APK file to identify font names, sizes, and weights.2. Extract the exact hex codes for the
Is there a way where i can bind the border with a bolean variable in which i can show it on or off.
Hey Figma community, I’m currently working on a UI/UX case study where I analyze real-world apps and try to rebuild their design systems using Figma. One of the apps I’ve chosen is Top Rummy APK, a popular online card game app. It’s widely used and has a polished interface, making it a great candidate for reverse-engineering and learning UI structure in mobile games. For context, Meezo.fun is a third-party streaming app with a distinctive look and responsive UI. I found a helpful breakdown here: https://tinyurl.com/36sdx3mm, which gives a great overview of its features and component structure. I have the Top Rummy APK file, but I'm facing challenges when it comes to extracting design tokens and UI components effectively. Currently, my workflow is very manual:Taking screenshots, using a color picker to identify the palette, estimating fonts and spacing, and then trying to replicate that in Figma. As you can imagine, this process is time-consuming and often inaccurate. So, I’d like to as
Hello I have a business problem for Figma: My team want to find a Figma Side Menu structure. We want to have a title for a Component Set - Say fist part might be FORM FIELDS - ( then we will need 5 different company files to access the version of FORM FIELDS that is correct for their use. We will make the correct components for each dept to use and find here. Am providing something I made with a Section…..but really wonder is there a sample Fig File someone has to make what I need be better and simple for use. thanks: Daryl
