I hope you are doing well.

I am seeking your assistance regarding my Figma account associated with my organization email (personal information redacted). I recently discovered that my profile name and community profile (personal information redacted) have been changed or created without my knowledge or consent.

I have never changed my profile name from personal information redacted to personal information redacted, and I am concerned about possible unauthorized activity on my account.

Could you please help me by providing:

  • The date and method by which my Figma profile was created (if applicable)

  • Details on when and by whom the profile name was changed

  • Any related login or activity history tied to my account

Your prompt help in clarifying and securing my account would be deeply appreciated.

If possible, I kindly request details regarding my account, including:

  • The date and time my Figma account was created

  • The initial profile name at the time of creation

  • When the profile name was changed and what it was changed from/to

  • Any related information such as IP addresses or activity logs connected to these changes

This information is extremely important for me, as I am in a situation where I must prove that I did not make these changes myself. Without this, I may face serious professional consequences.
