I paid the annual fee for the Professional Annual Plan in May, but this June, I didn't use the full seat, but the full seat was charged for the year. I contacted the support team, but I haven't received a reply email yet. How long does it usually take to get a reply, and is a refund possible?
This auto-layout frame is a child/inside a basic frame that I should be able to move things around in. How the heck do I turn this off when I hover over to click and drag. all I want to do is drag the group/autolayout over a bit manually and arrows in this small space are producing too large of a move. this comes up for me a ton and it’s insanely annoying. I can’t click and drag without it also changing the auto layout spacing. if I want to change that I will go to the tool sidebar and do it myself. I don’t need this pink stuff trying to do it for me just because i’ve hovered over it. Also, FYI - I couldn’t even screengrab it through the OS, because this literally happens on hover, so I snapped it with my phone - hence the bad photo, apologies.
I’ve accepted the team invitation a few months ago but something was wrong as i have to request access to every file i wanna see. I asked my boss who said i should have full access and showed me the admin panel where i was listed as having a seat on the team. I have double checked the email, its my company email so i should have access for sure. When i look at my home dashboard theres nothing that tells me I’m part of my team, it says my account is free version. Even though i accepted the seat months ago. Any help? Note: I’ve verified my email Added 2 factor auth Tried on both web and desktop app Can still get access if someone shares a file/project with me directly
hello, i used my components in another file and changed color / text, but sometimes when I swap variants will change text or color changed to original color or text. this only happened to some certain components and instances recently, i was wondering how to fix this problem so that i swap variants and instances won’t change back to original color/ text.
When copy an instance from a master component with absolute position in the text 'Tittle', the letter 'Tittle' is skewed downward. It only happens in the same file, and it works fine when copy it from the library to another file. I deleted all of the components from the component set, and it works fine again. What's the problem? The ‘nav-bar’ master component consists of auto-layout.
I’ve created a project and connected a custom domain. In the file settings, I’ve made sure to uncheck the “Exclude from search engine results” option. However, after publishing, the noindex meta tag still appears in the site’s head. There are no noindex tags in my code, and I’ve tried several workarounds; adding an index, follow meta tag and injecting a script to modify the DOM, but it seems Figma is inserting the tag automatically. Has anyone encountered this issue or found a reliable workaround?
Hello designers and Figma experts, I’m facing a problem with using Hindi fonts in Figma. I’ve installed proper .ttf/.otf Hindi fonts on my system, and they work fine in other apps like MS Word and Photoshop. However, when I apply the same font in Figma: The text doesn’t update to the selected Hindi font. It often defaults to some basic font or doesn’t reflect the change at all. 🔧 Things I’ve already tried: Restarted Figma and my system. Tried different Hindi fonts. Checked if fonts are installed correctly. Using Figma desktop app (also tried browser version). ❓Has anyone faced the same issue? Hello Figma Support, I am currently facing an issue with the "Change to" interaction feature. Despite setting up my interactive components properly, the "Change to" action is not triggering the expected state or swap.
I’m trying to understand the process of sharing a Figma project file with another agency that I’m collaborating with. I’m a sole designer, working on my own professional plan. I don’t want to incur additional editing fees for someone needing to edit or work on my file. So, I want to understand how I can allow someone else the ability to edit or utilize my design without incurring additional costs to me personally. Is there no ability for someone outside of my plan who has a paid subscription of their own the ability to edit or use my project file without adding them to my account? How does someone go about sharing a project file without incurring costs personally?
Am I the only one not being able to collapse a selected layer or parent when the layers panel is scrolled down, having this item sticky? Hovering over the sticky layer shows the chevron to collapse (screenshot 1), but nothing happens on click. I need to scroll up until it’s not sticky anymore in order to have the chevron working on click (screenshot 2). Would be great to have this simple issue fixed!
