Hello, I’m facing an urgent issue where several important projects have disappeared from my Figma account. I’m on the Starter (Free) plan, and I had recently saved three projects in my team space. When I logged in again, all those projects were missing. I have already checked: Drafts – nothing found Trash – nothing found Search bar – no results Confirmed I’m logged into the correct account Details: Account email: personal information redacted
Dear Figma Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am seeking your assistance regarding my Figma account associated with my organization email (personal information redacted). I recently discovered that my profile name and community profile (personal information redacted) have been changed or created without my knowledge or consent. I have never changed my profile name from personal information redacted to personal information redacted, and I am concerned about possible unauthorized activity on my account. Could you please help me by providing: The date and method by which my Figma profile was created (if applicable) Details on when and by whom the profile name was changed Any related login or activity history tied to my account Your prompt help in clarifying and securing my account would be deeply appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and support. Best regards,Md Mahbub Alam
Hi everyone, I'm currently taking over a large Figma project from another company, and I’ve run into a major issue with component linking. I’ll try to explain as clearly as possible: The previous team provided me with several Figma files: A working file A library file (which includes the UI kit, components, ...) A color styles file An icon file I uploaded all of these files into my company’s Figma workspace. Then I published the three system files (library, color styles, icons) so they act as design system libraries. After that, I opened the working file and added all three published libraries to it. The problem is: none of the components in the working file are connected to the published library. They appear as external components but not linked. Manually linking works correclty, but this project has over 100+ pages, so manually relinking everything isn’t realistic. My questions are: Am I missing a key step in the import or publishing process? Is there a way to get the working file to

I’d like to be able to choose a thumbnail (either a frame from the video, or upload a thumbnail) for an object that has Video fill. Currently Figma uses the first frame of the video as the thumbnail, and if that video starts all black, then the thumbnail is just black. It will show fine in prototype view or mirror once the video starts playing, but when you are editing it would be helpful to see a frame of the actual video so you can adjust properties of elements (e.g. colors, opacities, gradients) and see what they’ll look like composited with video.

Issue with Color Picker in Figma After the recent Figma update, the color picker (eyedropper tool) isn't working. Whether I use the shortcut key “I” or select it manually, the tool doesn't respond. Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution?

I’m working on swapping the library for a large design file. The process uses so much memory that I can’t swap all components at once. I have to manually pick which components to swap. However, when I open the swap library modal, every component is already selected by default. This means I have to uncheck everything before I can select only the components I want. So how about: Select all option for swap library Optimize swapping library so that it won’t crash in the middle of the process. I don’t mind waiting for 30 minutes. Thanks.
Hello, I’m trying to take my AI Make design and export so that I can add code to create functionality. How can this be accomplished? Any plugins?
Hi, I’m having an issue right now—I can’t upload an XLSX file in figma buzz bulk create. I’ve double-checked everything, and it’s still not working. I’m just wondering if there’s a bug at the moment. I used the same file to test it last Friday, and it worked, but surprisingly it’s not working today. I also tried creating another file, but it’s still not working.
