Figma Subscription Inquiry: Cancellation, Resubscription, and Charging Issues I subscribed to a Figma individual Professional plan for my team. Due to uncertainty regarding the requirements, I canceled and re-subscribed on the same day. When re-subscribing, I could not use the same credit card, so I opted for a different credit card for the second subscription. I would like to ask: In this situation, will I be charged twice? After the second subscription, the billing page shows the payment card as the first credit card. Is this an error? Thank you for your assistance!
I’m using AI image generation in beta and today I suddenly got rate limit exceeded. I tried Can I not use this anymore? Or will it reset the next day? I don’t know Has anyone else had the same experience?
My team and I are currently having the inconvenience of having to publish our library every single time we make even a small change (like a font size increase, color change, etc.) and then switching to the working file and manually updating the library. Due to the nature of the project we do this quite frequently and having to publish – switch file – update every single time to see the changes in our designs turns out very time consuming if you add it up. It would be amazing if Figma could integrate a shortcut for automatically updating a library and automatically updating the files it is being used on (like a cmmd+S shortcut!), of course not everybody might want to have this so it would also be nice to be able to turn this shortcut on and off.
In the new official UI kits, example components have a special behavior where they are detached already when they are inserted. Will we eventually get this capability in our own libraries?

I would like to enable both designers and developers to easily adjust and manage values like maxHeight. For instance, it would be ideal if we could define a variable for maxHeight that designers can modify directly in Figma, while developers can adjust it in the code — much like how CSS custom properties work. If anyone has suggestions or best practices for implementing flexible variables in Figma, I’d love to hear them!
When designing, you often need to modify some style operations. I hope that the operation area for adjusting the style will be suspended above the layer I selected, so that I can adjust it quickly. When selecting the shape layer, modify the color, stroke, etc. Selecting more than two shapes can support modification of alignment attributes. Hi. I have built a Plugin called OKLCH Color Variations. I recently pushed an update to the plugin. I want to upload a preview video of the Plugin to its community page along with the images that I have uploaded, but I’m unable to do that. The video size is 30mb, and its 1920x1080p. I’m getting a red color alert at the bottom with no text on it. Please help, Thanks!. The Figma AI was there, but it has disappeared. Also, after the update, the plugins are not showing up in the toolbar.
Having a very frustrating issue in comments where I’ve been trying to paste this string into a comment: Cancel Button: register:back:button-text And no matter what I do, Figma automatically changes it to: Cancel Button: register🔙button-text Is there a way to disable the colon shortcut? This is mildly infuriating!
My question is in the title. Can auto-emoji be disabled when typing? For example, when copy-pasting “↔” in a text field, Figma will automatically render the emoji that matches those arrows. Can this (feature?) be disabled somewhere, maybe temporarily? I looked around on https://help.figma.com/ but found nothing about.
when working with variables especially for text i often find myself cursing because i have to enter the variables panel to edit them when editing them directly from the sidepanel would save me so many clicks and searching for the right variable AGAIN :]
I should be able to right-click on a variable selected in a property field and get an “Edit variable” option, just like there is for styles. It would save time during iteration.

I can’t login on IOS Ipad app anymore. It worked before but to login you need to login through the browser of course but when the browser opens to login i get the message as seen on the bottom of the post. There are no updates for any browsers or Figma, how do I fix this? I’ve already tried restarting and clearing the cache, any other ideas? The IOS version is 18.2 in case that helps
Hello guys. Please help me out on this Issue. While I am working on Figma, it automatically restarts the app as if it was force closed and again reloads itself to the project which I was working on. Its happening from last 2-3 days. I even cannot reproduce the procedure because it happens randomly at any time. It shuts down the app and opens up on its own again without even having to reopen the app. I tried reinstalling the app still facing the same issue. Please help me out with this issue. Thanks
I’ve noticed that Figma has become extremely slow lately. It’s taking a lot of time to copy, paste, and open files, which is significantly affecting our productivity. Moreover the “Memory Usage” issue has been a regular thing… the whole team has been complaining about this… Figma Desktop App version 124.2.9** Is this the same with others too? Trying too see if its an known issue…
Hello Community, i am facing issue when i try to mask an image its show a green border. I have tried almost everything even Reinstall the Figma but still the issue no yet resolve. I am attaching the images with and without masking where you can easily see the difference. Please help me out. Thank you
