I’m pretty sure the real answer is “don’t set up your components that way” :P but I thought I’d ask in case its a bug.
I have an open branch with a main component, and I copied an instance of that component over into another branch, both under the same master. (Branches will remain unmerged until the dev work is complete.)
When I click “Go to main component,” instead of taking me to the branch with the main component, it just drops me on the first page of the master file.
Is it because it’s bad practice to reuse components across unmerged branches--they don’t count until they are merged and published? Or is this a bug and it should be able to take me to the branch containing the main component?
