Can you give me some context on your situation?

You mentioned there’s no possibility to download them yourself - are you an admin for your organization, and not seeing the ability to do so?

When you say you’re not able to contact support: have you not been able to get in contact with them at all? Have you filed a ticket and not gotten a response?
