I have lost files from my Figma account. I looked at the drafts > deleted tab and its not there. I also filter searched all projects made by (me) and no luck finding it. I have a link the prototype because I had it linked to my old portfolio and it says that Prototype not found. Either this file doesn’t exist or you don’t have permission to view it. Ask the file owner to verify the link and/or update permissions. I used it through my email so I’m not sure why this would pop up. This project is really important, and I hope you can help me recover it.I did all the workarounds and still need help: THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELPThe file is in your deleted folder (Open your drafts > click the deleted page). How am I supposed to delete a file that I published if I can no longer access the original since I deleted it long ago ? What I see when I have the fileWhat I see otherwise

I’ve been trying to get a hold of sales to purchase Enterprise Figma and have gotten no response. Please connect me with a sales person. We have a UI/UX designer starting next week and we need this tool. 

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot update my library, specifically cards I have designed. When trying to publish it says there aren’t changes and the button is inactive. There are changes, I have even deleted sections, addes section etc… to test it and it still doesn’t work.

Unfortunally the layer order of Figma UI is a little off when using comments. The comment modal is behind the bottom sheet dragger, preventing me from sending my comment since I can’t click the blue button.  

Hex codes for fill and stroke in the right sidebar. Is it no longer possible to edit hex codes for fill/stroke directly in the right sidebar?Instead of becoming editable, clicking the hex code now opens the colour picker for me.I use my colour picker in HSB mode, so have always greatly appreciated being able to edit hex codes in the right sidebar (with one click) without having to enter and change the mode of my colour picker.This seemingly innocuous update really affects my workflow.I don’t see why the hex code can’t remain editable for efficiency’s sake.

Hi All, please help. Figma’s on drag interaction is not working.

Here is the screenshotI always thought, that at the left layers panel the top element should be at the top on canvas. But when auto-layout is applied, absolute elements is working differently. See green rectangle 

So whenever i animate overlay in my phone design prototype it appears that whenever i use background blur as effect in my frame, whenever i animate anything in the overlay the overlay would be colored gray/white before fully turning blurred, i would like an update on this issue

Hello, i have been charged with 24,83$ with only one word "FIGMA" written in the description. My account is on the free plan, so what are this charges for?

Site The animation is broken, placements of elements are not correct.Also simple positions of elements - there is a weird different between what you see on the page (the working file) and the outcome when previewing it (play - presentation mode).Its obvious its not cooked enough.One thing for sure - at this stage, if thats the way its functioning, it looses all the advantage of designing in figma and just simply copying and pasting elements from a design file to the site page, which makes it no better than any other platform.I know its still soon to tell, but… quite annoying 

My Desktop app keeps losing some UI in the right side panel. Here is a screenshot of me selected an auto-layout frame but has no auto-layout configuration shown. (My app version is 125.6.5 )Also, my desktop app does not have variable entrance on the side panel as well. This only happens after I updated to 125.6.x. Does anyone also encountered this bug? Figma Please fix it :(

I just wanted to report this problem, you may know of it as per the number of related topics. Anyway the preview text on variable fonts is sqeezed together or has negative kerning values, it also overwrites static instances (as in not variable fonts) if they are apart of the same family. I did tests and that’s what it did in my case. I talked about this at the glyphs forum and they said this was a known figma bug.That’s it, just reporting. Maybe I’m reporting incorrectly, but I’d think there should be another option besides question and conversation.

Attempting to mirror frame with glass effect on phone doesn’t work and prompt back with “This frame can’t be opened on mobile”. Is anyone facing this issue or it is just me or is it because it is still in beta?IOS 26.0

Not sure if this happens to only my env, but Edit property button is pushed to the side and only showing half of it. When there’s scroll at the side(practically all the time), it’s not clickable at all.Hope this gets fixed!

Hello, I had several issues regarding transferring ownership.According to the free plan, only two people on the team have permission to edit. So had removed other team members so there are only two members in the 'team project;. I was still unable to transfer the ownership to the other or edit so I have upgraded to 'professional'.Neither of my member and I can edit or do anything about this file which must be editable since I have upgraded my plan. The admin who created this team project is no longer with us, so we cannot reach out to the admin. Please help me.

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Figma under an Educator plan, but I’m no longer eligible and I’d like to switch back to a regular plan.Additionally, I now want to transfer all my files and projects to another existing Figma account (not just downgrade the current one).Is there a recommended way to: Transfer ownership of all files and team projects to another Figma account I already own? Make sure I don’t lose access to any important files or lose shared permissions? Close or downgrade the Educator account cleanly afterward? Any help or step-by-step guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!Best,Axel

This isn’t just a matter of convenience—it poses a significant security and intellectual property risk.Enterprise administrators should have the ability to audit, manage, and access any file created under the company’s domain. The current setup allows for potentially sensitive or proprietary design work to exist outside of administrative oversight, which could lead to data leakage, compliance issues, or loss of valuable IP.It’s surprising that this hasn’t been addressed as part of the Enterprise feature set. This should not be categorized as a feature request—it’s a security and governance requirement. For organizations operating at scale, especially those in regulated industries, this gap could have serious implications.I urge the Figma team to prioritize this as a security update, not a future enhancement. It’s soooo frustrating. I have my personal and enterprise acc logged in figma. But, everyday, for security reasons, my company requires me to log in again for the enterprise account - therefore, the flow is:I click on figma app to login to a new account  Browser opens with a login modal I log in and a btn saying “open on figma app” I click on the btn Come back to the figma app saying an error has occurred.Only after doing this flow 3 times is when it actually works and that I can access my enterprise account on figma app. Can you look up on this? I mean, it’s already frustrating that I need to log in everyday, but gets worse when I keep trying to login and I just get errors with no description and that if you keep on trying it it will eventually work, which also makes no sense.Thank you.

in the Figma Make I created a dashboard, and everything is good, but suddenly all the tabs that have things in it all of them gone and just showed me a blank page,  so what is wrong? it is like a glitch.  

I’ve added a video to my Figma sites file, but when I play the site, the video doesn’t work. Can you help me with this issue?

I’m experiencing a sudden bug in Figma, help! Context:I use a Wacom pen to pan around the canvas in Figma by holding the spacebar and dragging the pen across the tablet. Previously, pressing the spacebar would temporarily switch to pan mode and return to selection mode when released. Problem:Now, when I release the spacebar, Figma stays stuck in pan mode. I have to click multiple times with my mouse to exit it, and even then, it only works intermittently. Additionally, the blue selection box remains active when trying to select assets. This issue started happening out of the blue with no known changes on my end.
