Can't reset component changes in Slides

Did you find out anymore information regarding this? My ‘Reset Instance’ in Figma Slides is greyed out. I’m not sure why this functionality would be disabled for Slides. Seems a bit of an oversight. 

I am also running into this issue, sometimes colleagues accidentally scale a logo incorrectly and I just want to reset the size of the component but can’t do it directly from Figma Slides..
