Dear Figma support team,

in my last billing period I accidentally assigned a full seat to another email with viewing rights. Once I realized the mistake, I assigned it back to view-only immediately. But in the monthly invoice a 20$ one-time charges and credits appeared. I assume it’s for the accidentally assigned full seat. But since that wasn’t used at all, I would like to kindly request a possibility for refund. 

I understand your policy, but I would appreciate you reviewing this case for refund.

I understand that you accidentally assigned a paid seat and are now requesting a refund.

Unfortunately, due to security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to handle specific billing issues directly here on the forum.
