Account upgrade will not take my billing address

• Confirm that the ZIP code matches the address.

• Use both address lines appropriately. For example, if you have an apartment or unit number, place it on the second line.

• Check the formatting of street information — e.g., “Street” vs. “St,” “Road” vs. “Rd.” You can try Googling the address to confirm the officially recognized format.
