Can't access 'enable local MCP server' after buying Professional Full Seat

I understand you're seeing a message saying you're on the Starter plan when trying to enable the MCP Server, even after upgrading to a Professional Full Seat.
I took a look and it seems you have access to two different teams — one on the Professional plan and another on the Starter plan.
