Hello Figma Community!
I tried re verification for FIGMA student, but it was showing network error even though network was good, and continuously trying it was still showing the same error.
Then it started showing Verification limit exceeded.
So I contacted sheerID via mail, they responded with:
We were unable to process your verification request. And Your ticket has now been permanently closed.
Please provide the solution for this issue otherwise I won't be able to re verify student plan.

I understand you're applying as a higher education student.
Are you using a school-issued email address?
If so, please feel free to DM it to me. Once I have the address, I’ll reach out to our team to see if there’s anything we can do to support your education account.
